Bonds --> Legal RWT
Money changes so quickly the statement/rules of a game, as jagex did it on RWT rule (take a read on that rule on main RS3 page)
Unfair advantage will be on OSRS as well

No thanks to bonds, if bonds passes, that means RWT is legal
