Cry me a river, now bye! :)

We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. If we let players start doing this, it devalues RuneScape for others. We feel your status in real-life shouldn't affect your ability to be successful in RuneScape.

Do you have to post that every time you whine about this poll? I get what you're trying to say, but the more you spam that quote (which Jagex will likely never acknowledge again) the less I feel like believing what you say is true. It just seems like you're spamming it just to spam it, and it's really freaking annoying. You remind me of that "evil" dwarf named Drorkar from RS3's Perils of Ice Mountain quest; at the very end, he is already convincing himself that he will not see any benefit from the "right" option that is taken during the quest, essentially sticking his fingers in his ears and basically saying "na-na-na I can't hear youuuuuu!".

Also, I don't believe bonds are "pay to win". I can see why people think they are, but I don't share those ideas myself.

Jagex is at fault for a lot of things (all sorts of things, but SOF/TH/SGS/Transformers game come to mind first), but so is their playerbase for some problems. I guess some people just can't see that game health and longevity are that important and only think of themselves. I'm not saying YOU'RE doing that, but for all I know you are, along with a lot of opposers like you.

I'm sorry, but that's just how I feel.

Can you please explain to me how bonds aren't pay to win? You buy an item with real life money that grants you money on runescape, pretty sure thats the definition on 'pay to win' playing rs since 1976, 40 year vet cape soon

Sorry, i tried to see if this has already been answered but was not successful. Why the actual f%&" is this s¤"& about f2p not coming without bonds. shouldn't we poll the bonds as a different thing rather than saying f2p wont come out without bonds. this is *"%)%/ awful....

But bonds in OSRS will only be used for membership and not used for Treasure Hunter keys, etc. so how is it considered microtransactions ? It's not going to be "pay to win" since there isn't going to be TH nor SGS in OSRS.


However for RWT, all Jagex needs to do is make them only buyable with ingame wealth and not IRL cash.
