I saw a few people write about this, but can we please atleast use another npc shield for the 2 new shields.. maybe the varrock guards shield? you could recolour that, atleast its something new and fresh that players havent not and not a cheap budget looking rip off of the obsidian shield.

this ^^^^

support. the 2 recoloured obby shields are completely horrid.

-How about instead of Red Chinchompas you introduce a new type, Black Chinchompas, which are more accurate and do more damage than Red Chimchompas but are only found in the wilderness, which have the same hunter level and catch rate of Red Chinchompas, this would be due to them being much harder to obtain because they are located in the Wilderness.

[Will update this post if I have more feedback]

This would give people a good reason to risk skilling in the wild. Although I think a Hunter level of 71+ is more appropriate.

Red Chinchompa have a ranged attack of +70
Black Chinchompa could have +80/81 (15% increase) and a slightly higher ranged strength.

Good ideas, can't wait for the part of gwd in wildy. Hope the shield piece droppers each have other good drops (didn't read all post since sleepy). Black chinchompas idea sounds cool, and yeah the shields mage/range do look pretty basic but i don't mind really. I'd be playing solomons dressups over the ditch if i cared about my online characters aesthetic.

I love the idea of the Black Chinchompas. I'd raise the Hunter Requirement to 73 for them though; I still think Black Chinchompas should have a higher level since its only logical. Since they are in the Wilderness, this would be very profitable and only extremely, extremely rich players would be able to train Ranged with them.

Sure to both above posts, it was just a quick thought and a higher hunter level does make more sense. What are those fuzzy little red chinchompas doing in a place like the Wilderness anyways? The new evil black chinchompas would be much better suited.

"The dragon pickaxe will mine ore at an increased speed (15% faster than the rune pickaxe) and have a special attack which will add 3 temporarily to your mining level"

-Let's get a similar update for the Dragon axe as well!!

the polypore staff which u present here sucks big time. i would want to see a storm of armadyl spell, but if you dont wish to do that make this spell atleast equally powerfull to polypore staff which in my oponion wasnt very good neither. and the price point for this new polypore staff u present is insane.... 3 death runes?! u really want to make it so economicly impossible for ppl to use? that was the great thing about polypore staff, that everyone could afford to use magic. sigh=/

please either make this like stom of armadyl or like polypore but decrease its price ALOT.

The Dark bow only required 60 ranged to use and was a drop from a lvl 90 slayer monster. So why not even the playing field with a Dragon staff! This could be dropped from the Kraken monster.

-
Dragon staff
: This staff allows an infinite amount of air and fire runes to be used.
-
Special attack
: Allows you to double hit with the spell you are using and increases the max hit of the spell you are using by 50 % and uses 60 % special attack bar.
-Examples: the fire blast hits a max of 16, the special attack would allow you to hit 24 twice!

The special attack only works with the elemental spells.

The lowest level pure could be 32 just like the lvl 32 d bowers with 10 hp! But lets face it, this dragon staff could be more powerful down the road just like the dark bow!
And here's how: with the formula i made for the damage that the special attack could do, depends on the 4 basic spells you can use, earth, water, fire, and air.

So later on when you get 75 magic for fire wave, your max hit is 20 and with the special attack, your new special attack max hit would be a possible 30-30.

I really like this idea, not only dose it allow mages to have a weapon with just as much impact as godswords and d bows...it gives the normal spellbook some power compared to ancients. Love it

With an addition of a seperate effect for each type of element
Water:
Additional +5 max damage, similar to ice spells being the strongest
Fire:
Burn ~ Similar to Poison
Earth:
Snare 10 seconds ~ Similar to Nature runes spells
Air:
Move opponent back 1 square & Stun ~ Similar to dragon spear effect

I implore you to split each section into a different question on the Rejuvenating the wilderness section. I'd hate to have to vote no when I like a handful of ideas there.

This is just a good thing in general to do. JaGeX has an issue with their poll wording. For example, the question "should we remove 10 worlds?" could be better phrased as "should we change the number of worlds to increase activity or create more breathing room?", with the options "-10 worlds", "-5 worlds", "don't change anything", "+5 worlds" and "+10 worlds"… or something similar. Although I can understand that it can be difficult when you have to have 75% support of yes/no questions, how should you split it on questions with more than yes/no answers?
