Why would you limit this update to a limited number of worlds? Where's the logic? It's like saying "Limit the Hunter skill only to 5-10 worlds!".

Seriously...

You need to read more carefully. They never said anything about limiting the update to a certain amount of worlds, but rather cut down on the total number of worlds altogether that old school has to increase the amount of players in every world.
