The Dark bow only required 60 ranged to use and was a drop from a lvl 90 slayer monster. So why not even the playing field with a Dragon staff! This could be dropped from the Kraken monster.

Dragon staff
: This staff allows an infinite amount of air and fire runes to be used.
-
Special attack
: Allows you to double hit with the spell you are using and increases the max hit of the spell you are using by 50 % and uses 60 % special attack bar.
-Examples: the fire blast hits a max of 16, the special attack would allow you to hit 24 twice!

The special attack only works with the elemental spells.

The lowest level pure could be 32 just like the lvl 32 d bowers with 10 hp! But lets face it, this dragon staff could be more powerful down the road just like the dark bow!
And here's how: with the formula i made for the damage that the special attack could do, depends on the 4 basic spells you can use, earth, water, fire, and air.

So later on when you get 75 magic for fire wave, your max hit is 20 and with the special attack, your new special attack max hit would be a possible 30-30.

Even farther down the road, if Jagex decides to add surge spells back into the game. The fire surge can hit 30s with no special magical staff damage boosts or potions or prayers. The dragon staff would allow the special attack to be a whopping possible 45-45!

noting the magic logs is a good idea and chinchompas stack that's half of the problem addressed saxo.

Runite ore already takes forever to get an inventory + a looting bag so I don't think the ores need to be noted if my suggestion below would be implemented.

For the new fish I can't say for certain, but if they aren't noted it will be hard for too many to come into the game so it won't hurt prices of other fish and have a high demand


Magic logs only note from the ents, not the resource area. Resource area should be noted too, or have some way to note them. Chins are fine as they are.

Rune ore I agree they probably shouldn't be notable, there's more than enough rocks & it takes ages to get a full invo. By ores I was thinking more about addy and such, if there was some easy way to note stuff or something this could also give some life to the hobgoblin mine for people to mine addy etc.

yeah magic trees should have some sort of log only deposit nearby or some way to note them or receive a stack of logs. would cutting isn't that profitable and i dont think it would encourage woodcutters to go in the wild to do this without more benifit

and yeah for coal i suggested a coal only deposit i'm not sure about mithril and adamant ores though

Chin'll be dead really, its been explained why they arent a smart idea.For 80+ there's no impact at all, and the danger still exists. for 70-80 theres no real reason to not use a normal spot generally from what I've heard.

amazing ideas but the one about being able to hit players that are attacking monstors are just gonna get people annoyed and i think you should do a few updates for skillers like bringing stealing creation back i loved that minigame;D maybe ivy for woodcutting? or something for runecrafting because exp is so slow! good work !!!

"Mid-level" shields?! Range shield is Spectral spirit shield 2.0 with +32 magic defence!! +12 ranged accuracy as well? Same goes with mage shield.. I don't usually call stuff overpowered, but these are if they're considered mid-level and not too difficult to obtain.

This, maybe make the accuracy the same as the current max accuracy bonus on the shield slot?

The magic defence doesn't matter much though, it is really only useful for armadyl and castle wars. That's well balanced. Just make the accuracy lower please :) .

Maybe just poll removing the minigame teles and if that fails poll the longer cooldowns? :)

And could the agility level on the varrock shortcut be higher? So the current level 21 shortcut won't be completely useless.

Lastly, the death rune cost is a bit high on the new staff, slayer dart does about the same damage and only costs 1 death rune. then they should make it so multiple chinchompas can be STUFFED in ONE SINGLE BOX for faster chinchompa farming
