You keep on saying LAW this LAW that as though the law in regards to mtx is complete and written, but it's not... that's why they're having committees discuss the matter.

Why should Jagex and all the companies in the world care about everything your wrote? They are not on trial.

Players are buying entertainement from Jagex and other companies, These companies are selling them entertainment services. All the laws are clearly written in the USA and other countries.

Again, don't like the laws? Pound the facts? Uh Oh! The facts can't be argued as in its over 200 years history, the Land of the Free and Home of the Braves never have any problems with companies selling and buying entertainment services.

Again, don't like the facts? Pound the LAW then? But Uh oh! The Law clearly is firmly on the side of free and fair trade in the Land of the Free and Home of the Braves.

Again, too bad, when both the Law and the facts are on the free trade and free market side, those on the other side can only pound the table and yell like hell while watching capitalists counting money every day with their innovative entertainment products including all MTX. :D

They do not sell entertainment. They sell a fraud.

LAW : All video game content, is protected by the 1st Amendment, and that include MTX based content.

FACT : Games come as is under the EULA. When you buy a game, or just play it free, you have to buy or play all content, that include MTX where applicable.

TABLE. Pound me if you want, I don't feel a thing anyway. It won't matter if you agree with the FACTS and LAW, the real world still operates under the LAW. :D :D :D

You don't need to buy MTX if you want want to, regardless if you think it is fun or not.

Perhaps some content is no fun to you, you can't command the theater to skip the part of the movie that is no fun to you. Other audience may find what is no fun to you a lot of fun to them rather. You can close you eyes if you don't want to watch the "no fun" part. You can't even pound the table and yell like hell in a theater because some content is no fun to you because the FACTS and LAW are against it. :D

Ok, l want to go with that ridiculous statement.

I may not be able to command the play buy I can walk out and demand a refund half way through the play.

Runescape is a never-ending play.

Runescape offer no refund.

Furthermore, runescape is not a play.

I object to ur entire statement.

A ticket to a play costs a set amount depending on ur seat. The runescape play takes as much money as ur willing to pay for any seat in the house... "oh yes, id like the toilet seat please" jagex says "that'll just cost everything u've got". Skillet? Skill no.

So much moot.

If the company has a refund policy for his product, you can ask for refund. Otherwise, shrug! :D

What's the point to disagree with me? I don't sell you the service we called Runescape. I don't offer refund. I don't even sell tables. :D :D :D

In Australia return policies are manitory... they're written into the law...

Jagex want the benefits of all the laws that protect them but "shrug" at consumer protection. Skillet? Skill no.
