What? The Congress said S.1629 falls under the Commerce policy area. If you don't argue with them, you should argue with them, not me.
I am here just to talk about Federal Bill S.1629 as OP suggested. That bill has obviously has nothing to do with gambling at all. It is about pay-to-win MTX in abusive games.
When even the LAW says it is Commerce, why do I have to defence it? The fact is all these games with MTX, Jagex's games included are running fine within the USA. The LAW is noting is against games with MTX and the Bill is being put under Commerce with utterly no actions in the almost 2 months it has been filled.
The facts and the LAW are both not against me, I don't have the smallest reason to pound the table and yell like hell.

What "criminal court"? Video games developers at "criminal court"?
Sorry? No such facts, no such laws. You have a "criminal court" with no defendants, no judges, no witnesses, no facts,... perhaps you can persuade yourself there is a table you can pound on.
