You started talking about UK Governments on Page 13, but it doesn't mean you stopped talking about UK Government since then.
In fact, you kept talking about UK Governments on Page 16, post 7:
"EA is denying lootboxes altogether, not just FIFA team packs. So its a blatant lie because they marketed Anthem and a few others games by proudly stating that there are no lootboxes in them.
EA is scared that UK government will be coming after them. And the UK is just one of many countries who they'll need to face."
You have then gone MIA for a few days and then came back and cried why are we talking about UK Governments "all of a sudden". Really funny.
Anyway, OP wants to talk about the pace of UK governments action vs US. I am just going to grant his wish and talk about it from the academic standpoint although both governments won't do crap realistically.... and the UK will not even start pursing anything since they don't have money.

"Over the last nine months, the UK government has looked at various ways to make the internet safer for people across Britain. In October 2017, culture secretary Karen Bradley published an Internet Safety Green Paper, which discussed a voluntary levy on major social media companies to fund awareness and preventative activity against online trolls and in turn help users report threatening behaviour."
For instance, they wanted to regulate online trolling which Prince Harry called "worse than drug" but they have no money. They asked the internet community to donate. Now, that's funny... how can the governments catch the online trolls or abusive games when they don't have money to pursuit them? No. So they just tell them companies to take care of their own business VOLUNTARILY.
