Well that was fun.
A fanfiction of a headcanon.
That's not something you see every day.
I saw some significant parallels to the Dorgeshuun so I worked Zanik in there, essentially writing this as an alternate history to the Kyzaj tournament.
I dialed back the metalocalypse Bandos's Final Form, mainly taking inspiration from the dragon Deathwing in World of Warcraft, with how he has plated armor holding together a molten body, as well as some inspiration from Gielinor the godbomination in Nomad's Elegy in how he's this eldritch Frankenstein's monster sort of thing, in this case cobbled together from pieces of Bandos's personality that were in the memories (hence why many of the things he says are quotes from himself) given a new sort of life, like Kami.
We're getting pretty darn far from established canon with the "alternate history" thing, but if Jagex can do it with their 200th quest, so can I.
I tried to follow roughly the same order of events, with Bandos being rebuilt by the Bandosians, Uggy ascending via the stone, and the final confrontation where Uggy becomes the new leader of the bandosians. I didn't focus too much on Uggy's backstory since that was your personal character and I wanted to leave that be.
I hope you see it as a homage rather than a nitpick of "I can make it better!"
