Zaros is more like an A.I. or computer - far as we know there's no such personality disorder prompting an individual to think entirely in terms of logic and analysis. Hence I'm not really sure if he belongs to a god asylum - I'm not sure, can you blame machines for being as they are?
And I wholly object to the idea of putting Tuska here. Tuska is simply a wild beast with divine powers, not a sentient individual - I'm sure we don't actually analyze carnivores or beasts in real life for signs of psychosis/mental disorder.
Nobody has said that Zaros doesn't have feelings at all, no. His emotions are... different to ours. He doesn't understand us that well.

Also Zamorak has no regret from what we seen, nor empathy, this is often found in psychopaths and Sociopaths.
For which of his past actions? We've never talked to him about any of them.
He resurrected Queen Rashiliya's son as a zombie that terrorised them, when Rashiliya said she would swear fealty to him if she revived her son. That's pretty sadistic, if you ask me.
You're getting your information from a ghost, which are extremely unreliable. It's also old lore. Furthermore it's irrelevant, as we've never once spoken to Zamorak about it. If it's even true, we would need both sides of the story to get an accurate an unbiased picture.
I may be mistaken, but are you not Saradominist? Either way, it's just like how people judge Saradomin's actions with Garlandia before hearing his side of the story.

Ghosts might be unreliable, but they provide, at the very least, a vague picture of what happened. But yes, I agree, we need both sides in order to judge Zamorak's actions fairly.
Speaking for the bipolar, mood swings or changes in opinion are the least of it. Think almost total character changes. One extreme to the other with occasions including bits of both.
To say it's just mood swings or loving then hating someone trivializes it to a an extent that passes insult and becomes laughable.

So love and hate are trivial things to you?

He meant simply saying 'mood swings' is a way of trivializing bipolar disorder.
A 'Mood swing's connotation evokes flipping emotions on a dime with no emotion being held too intensely, whereas bipolar disorder causes people to feel emotions much more intensely.
If you are Bipolar- your emotions are much more intense and overwhelming than simple mood swings or changes in attitude.
Think floating on top of the world in a drug-like high when you are happy, thinking you can control the world, and then wanting to destroy someone when you're mad at them, when you should only be a little upset with them.
Your emotions are carried to the extremes, beyond what you should feel.

He (or she) included love and hate alongside 'mood swings' in their definition of trivial. I was just pointing that out.
I have first-hand experience interacting with bi-polar people; it's
very
difficult to avoid everyone when you're locked up in a hospital with them. From my observations, it is a very serious condition, and a difficult one to diagnose and treat at that; the manic state makes them feel so invigorated, but also dangerous... they tend to go off their medications to experience it again.
Just don't want you thinking I'm some uninformed bigot, I'm an
informed
bigot.
