Of course Zaros will always have the upper hand if fully restored.
He isn't the God of fate for Nothing, you know. Try as Seren might she comes nowhere near close to his Understanding of demonic pacts and these "Threads of Fate". She was really out of her depth.
Glad to see Zaros showing once again his control over the situation, I never expected we'd learn so much, at that moment, although the dialogue in Endgame is a bit scattered around.
The transcript on the wiki is mostly fleshed out if you want to read what's there.
The only time a fully restored Seren seems to have the upper hand over a fully restored Seren is if Saradomin wins, and that's more due to her forces somehow managing to take Saradomin's daughter away from Nex (I'm fairly curious how she managed that considering Nex's reputation).
So 1 point Seren.
On the other hand, Zaros has the upper hand in Armadyl's deal as he demonstrates his superior control over the deals and there is no way for her to have taken Zaros's bargaining chip in this deal.
So 1 point Zaros.
In the event that the World Guardian wins, it is Zaros, not Seren, who moves to take the stone. Due to the obvious inability to measure the success of either one's actions in this case (the stone was destroyed immediately after), I cannot award a point to either of them in this situation.
This leaves but one scenario to analyze: if Zamorak wins. Now, there is no transcript for this section yet, but, given the lack of a necessary bargaining chip for Seren to steal, it would once again come down to whom can control the deals better, which was demonstrated to be Zaros.
So Zaros gets another point.
Granted it isn't the always has the upper hand position Lethal says, but it should be fairly clear who has the upper hand when it comes to demonic pacts.
