A little off-topic, but it feels worth mentioning. I finished up my headcanon haven story of the banquet (and a few other tidbits) from Saradomin's POV.
------I'd use quotes here, but they are broken-----
Saradomin's Brutal Banquet
I had returned to New Domina to find the land in chaos. Once the rebellious icyene were put down, the rest resumed their roles and order returned. Still, the lingering memories of my failure during the god wars remained on everyone's mind.
Gielinor was not the only world that needed my vision of peace. I settled my eyes upon the homeworld of the beast known as Tuska, hoping to end her rampage across the cosmos once and for all. I unveiled my plan at the evening banquet to their leaders, to mixed results. Everyone proclaimed allegiance to help me combat this evil, except one. Garlandia stood up, glaring daggers at me.
"We are still recovering from your last war,
Saradomin!
Thousands of years, and nothing to show for it but dead family and friends. You do not
deserve
my allegiance. We would be better off without you."
The room was momentarily silent, but soon I began to hear murmurs of agreement. Many of my most faithful were turning their backs to me, and the remainder turned to me awaiting my reply. Her words cut deep, but worst of all, undermined my authority. If I let her away without punishment, she would spread that dissent like a virus through my world.
She had to be stopped.
I cut the banquet short and had Garlandria detained. We marched to the courtyard, and I addressed my people.
"The icyene you see before you has disobeyed and disrespected her god. She has fallen from the path of order and righteousness, and instead flies her own wayward path from the flock, leading others astray.
Those that refuse to fly along the path graciously set before them,
shall not fly at all.
"
