Straight up fight. I would like to point out that Sliske does not seem like a mahjarrat that usually fights 1v1 without summoning minions. Considering how his power is not necessarily in straight combat he may have had more raw power but that power would be best used for his own things. NO

Azzy better not mess with my Moia.

I don't see how she is wortless to most of the Mahjarrat, she got potential and the skills. And as she says could be the future of the Mahjarrat race.

I say the others are afraid of her. That she is someone who will replace their sorry what's left of their numbers, with half-breed's like Moia.

Which means he wouldn't have the staff or anyone to help him--same as Azzy. The stone's a moot point since he never really used it. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.

Yes, he wouldn't have the stone or staff in the actual fight but he has gained power from both of those items. He did use the stone, but for knowledge, not power. So, after MPD and before CoM. I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend to be one of those deaf-mutes
