6.1.10) Morytania
*
Previously, Hallowvale was a monarchy, with Queen Efaritay Hallow, wife of Ascertes, in power at the time of the vamp(yr)ic invasion. From the Fall of Hallowvale onward, it has been a dictatorship, with Lord Lowerniel Vergidiyad Drakan as Morytania's supreme leader, aided by his siblings Ranis and Vanescula, and advisors such as Charos. It should be noted, however, that the vampyres spend centuries playing political games with each other, using the subjects of Morytania as their pawns. Drakan has many underlings who bear some resemblance to vassals, in a way; for example, Lord Malak is the governor of Canifis.
There also used to be a Lordship of the North Coast, but this ceased to exist when Dr. Fenkenstrain manipulated the 15th Lord, Rologarth, in supporting the vampyres with victims for blood tithes, eventually murdering him. The 12th Lord was Rologray, the 13th Rolovanne, the 14th Rolomere and the 15th Rologarth (who had a brother, Rologarric). See final page of this guide for known inhabitants.

As decreed by Seren and the Cerddi, the elves ruled over their lands unitedly: the leaders of the original eight clans would do so together in a council. Even King Baxtorian's empire had its own council, although he and Queen Glarial were the highest power. As of some time in the Fourth Age, however, Lord Iorwerth, who betrayed the other elves, conquered Prifddinas and banished/murdered the other families, ruled as dictator. Between 1935 of the Fourth and 169 of the Fifth Age, the elders of the remaining clans reverted Prifddinas to a crystal seed, forcing Lord Iorwerth and his men to resort to a small encampment outside its walls. When the Elders returned in the Sixth Age and restored Prifddinas, they ruled it once more.
Bizarre Boron Fusswell, scryer extraordinaire.

Perhaps you're half right; perhaps we can't win. But we can fight.
