¤ The
Foundation for Underprivileged & Restricted Rodents & Yaks (FURRY)
is a charity organisation (the 1337th one in fact) founded by the chinchompa Ridgeley. They are fighting for more abilities to exercise for rats, chinchompas, mice and the like as well as yaks. They ask for donations in the form of cheese.

¤
Get RuneScapians Off Wolves' Land (GROWL)
are an organisation supposedly formed by the wolves of White Wolf Mountain trying to keep hold of their territory.

¤ The
Guardians of Guthix
are an assembly of powerful Guthixians who were chosen by the god himself when he ended the God Wars to protect various sites or artefacts around Gielinor in his absence. They are immortal insofar as they do not die of age in order to fulfill their duty, but they could theoretically be killed. The guardians are: Juna, a giant snake whose duty is to protect the Tears of Guthix and only allow the worthy inside; Fiara, a giant earwig who protects the Fist of Guthix (the power-radiating site where Saradomin had kept the Stone of Jas during the God Wars) with Crux Eqal; Harold Death, who guides the souls of the deceased to the gates of the Grim Underworld; the Valluta, 'protector of weak places', a giant tortoise who guards the portal created by Guthix when he accidentally shattered his sword, an Elder Artefact, and also combats the void pest threat; Ocellus, a Chthonian virius demon whose original purpose is unknown but who is now dealing with his out-of-control Order of Ascension; Cres, a very intelligent automaton who constructed Guthix' resting place and guarded it until his demise in 5.169 at the hands of Commander Zilyana; and a human adventurer who became World Guardian in 5.169, tasked to protect Gielinor from other gods.

¤
Humans Against Monsters (HAM)
are a Saradominist group of human supremacists who think that all races other than humans or humanoids are monsters and must be killed. They do this by lobbying, trying to convince world leaders of their views, although they have organised violent missions as well. They have twisted views, stating that the hero Arrav slaughtered the goblins who had burnt down Avarrocka rather than making peace with them. H.A.M. members are clad in pink vivid crimson robes and dwelt in a cave beneath the Lumbridge forest until its destruction at the hands of Saradomin and Zamorak, after which they relocated to the old Lumbridge Mine. Their current leader is Joh(an)hus Ulsbrecht. H.A.M. are known to have assaulted Doric the dwarf and destroyed the sacred ogre burial site Jiggig by necromantically animating the entombed dead ogres. In 5.169, when the Dorgeshuun made contact with the service by accident, Duke Horacio's advisor and H.A.M. member Sigmund attempted to invoke a war with them by accusing the goblins of stealing the duke's silverware, but when it was revealed that he had taken it to start a war he was dismissed. Next, H.A.M. attempted to have the River Lum flood Dorgesh-Kaan to wipe out all the goblins there but this plan was thwarted as well, as was their plot to start a war between the goblins and the dwarves of Keldagrim by tying a Dorgeshuun goblin to the train rails between the two cities. H.A.M. stopped trying to exterminate the Dorgeshuun after this, but Sigmund and a couple of like-minded extremists formed a splinter group to destroy the goblins, but it was killed completely by attacking goblins from the Temple of the Plain of Mud. H.A.M. has since kept quiet, not doing anything significant. Known members are Bertol, Brentle Vahn, Brian, Charles, Christopher, Daniel, Michael, Milton, Sam, Sigmund, Sithik Ints, Thwait, Walton and William.

¤ The
Keldagrim Monarchist Society
are an organisation striving for Keldagrim to have a monarchy rather than being ruled by the Mining Consortium. After the Red Axe's attack on the Lava-flow Mine and the Consortium's decision to prioritise the reparation of the mine rather than the rescuing of the injured miners, the society began openly protesting in front of the Palace, demanding that a king rule Keldagrim again and, influenced by Hreidmar, demanded that the Records Chamber be opened so that the heir to the throne could be found. The monarchist Meike knew, however, that Hreidmar should not become king and secretly altered the family records. In the end, the Consortium indeed stepped down, and Veldaban became king. Known monarchists are Meike, Klaas and Luitger.

¤ The
Killer Gentoo Penguins (KGP)
are a secret agency of penguins and enemies of the P(B)J, the (FBI), PWNED and the Walrus. It was founded by The Pescallion, emperor of Palingrad, a few years ago, after the signing of the Treaty of Barnaculas the Great, which deprived the penguins of all rights and the polar bears and the Walrus split land and sea between one another. The KGP have since spread throughout the world, spying and gathering intel, while one of the emperor's sons, Pescaling Pax, is leading the research conducted in the KGP base inside the Iceberg.

The KGP have built a large submarine known as the Red Raktuber with the aid of four dwarves who left the Red Axe, and are working on a giant penguin suit. However, Pescaling Pax has become a bit rebellious as of late and is now scheming to take over the world, pretending to be a king by wearing a crown. In order to do this, he is training a penguin army and trying to teach penguins how to fly, the latter without much success. The KGP abducted the P*J member Larry in 5.169 and brainwashed him into believing he was a penguin, but he has since been rescued and returned to his "normal" state although he did hatch an egg.

¤ The
Ladies of Lumbridge (LOL)
are an organisation based in Lumbridge.

¤ The
Lumbridge Maids and Organists (LMAO)
are an organisation based in Lumbridge, with maids and organists appearing to be its members.

¤ The
Morytanian splinter group
is a dangerous group of Saradominists and Zamorakians united to bring the Edicts of Guthix to fall. They were seen meeting upstairs in the Temple Paterdomus, discussing their plans, but were spotted by an adventurer, after which they hurriedly fled the scene, leaving two bodyguards, Fistandantilus and Zaromark Sliver, to deal with them. They were defeated, however, and teleported to safety as well. The group have not been seen since and their plans may well have changed since the Edicts were shattered when Guthix was killed a few months after these events. It should be noted that the Edicts of Guthix were the only thing preventing King Roald of Misthalin from invading Morytania to liberate its people, suggesting a connection.

¤ The
Order of Saint Elspeth Cithared*
is a religious order of nuns who built an abbey to honour the deeds of Saint Elspeth when her remains were found in 5.99. Due to Elspeth's being a cithara player and having slain The Ripper by singing, music is very important to the order, which consists entirely of female members. In 5.169, several members of the order were murdered due to one of their own's going insane and killing sisters who would dance (as well as the applicant Isabella). Although the mystery was resolved by an adventurer, not many would join the order afterwards. A few months later, the Kinshra raided the abbey and kidnapped two sisters in an attempt to find virtuous Saradominists to obtain the Wand of Resurrection. Both of these sisters, Lara and Esther, died in the Tomb of the Fallen. Other members of the order are Anna, Cecilia, Catherina, Debora and the abbess Benita.

* The
Polar Bears for Justice (**J)
are an organisation trying to combat the KGP's attempts to achieve world domination. They have spies all over the world trying to find penguins, not unlike the FBI and PWNED, and have a headquarters in an unknown location as well. Although the organisation's main members are polar bears, at least one human - Larry - is a member as well. Known bears that are part of the P*J are Chuch, Jim and Teddy. The polar bears established the Treaty of Barnaculas the Great in 5.167 or 5.168 with the Walrus and his seals that they would control the land while the walruses could have the sea (with the penguins being subordinates to them), but as of 5.169 this treaty appears to have been broken.

Penguins Will Never Ever Dominate (PWNED)
are an organisation fighting the penguins' plan for domination. They may be related to the P(B)J and/or F(B)I.

* The
Prifddinas Death Guard
were an organisation within the Iorwerth Clan of elves whose headquarters are in the crystal city Prifddinas. Their original goal was to establish a foothold in the human lands east of the Galarpos in anticipation of the Dark Lord's return. In order to do so, the Iorwerths allied with King Lathas Ardignas of East Ardougne in 5.167 or 5.168 and agreed to help him reconquer Camelot in return for his aid, although they were intending to betray him. By exaggerating the threat that Lord Iban, wicked ruler of the Underground Pass, posed, they managed to convince Lathas to allow them to do as they please in West Ardougne, which the Death Guard subsequently took over, faking a plague and having a wall built around the city, effectively putting it under quarantine. Since then, however, the Death Guard have discovered the Temple of Light beneath the Galarpos and are digging towards it, using citizens from West Ardougne who have supposedly succumbed to the plague as slaves. In 5.169, the enemies of the Iorwerths restored the Temple's safeguard, preventing the Death Guard (or 'mourners' as they have been nicknamed due to their being the only ones allowed at the "funerals" of the "plague victims&quot ;) from accessing the Death Altar within. Soon, the Death Guard found out about this and Lord Iorwerth formed a new plan: to kill the entire population of West Ardougne for the necessary death energy.

When the rebel elves found out, they started a revolution in Ardougne that ended with the death of many mourners, the complete eviction of the Death Guard from Ardougne, and the death of King Lathas. The surviving mourners retreated to Prifddinas, where they were soon attacked by the Tyras Army, who started a battle as a distraction while the city was being regrown. With the defeat of both Lord Iorwerth and the Dark Lord, the mourners have no purpose anymore. The Death Guard were led by the head mourner, with a fake leader in the city itself to take care of administration and all that, and a captain residing in the Prifddinas undercity. A known member was the late Nissyen Edern.

¤
The Purists
are a group active in the Wushanko Isles trying to purge sea sirens and orphans from the area. They murder and spread lies in order to achieve this.

¤ The
Revivalists of Fremmenik Laws (ROFL)
are an organisation who seemingly desire for old Fremennik laws to be reinstated.

¤ The
Sacred Order of the Staff of Fire
was a secret Zamorakian organisation founded by Kelavan the Red after the sacking of the first Wizards' Tower in 5.70. Its goal was to avenge the Red Wizards by destroying the new tower, which was finally attempted by Wizard Ellaron ninety-nine years later. However, he failed and was teleported to the Abyss, where he presumably exploded due to an overflow of pure magical energy inside him, leaving the order dead.

¤ The
Saradominist Order of Paterdomus
were a group of peaceful monks who lived in the Temple Paterdomus east of Silvarea, at the very border of Misthalin and Morytania. In 5.169, the Occupation of Paterdomus by a Zamorakian order of monks resulted in the deaths of most of the monks. However, Drezel, Hi*lik Mina and Ulizius survived and managed to flee the ruined temple.

*
The Untainted
are a Guthixian order of Fremennik in the Wilderness. They are not necessarily undead, but have lived for several generations while suffering great physical injury in their oath to Guthix. They are some of the barbarians who fought Misthalin and Asgarnia's wizards in the Runecrafting Crusades. Known members are Eina*r, Svein, Holdbody, Hydig, Thorfinn and Magnus.

* The
Varrockian Guards' Widows & Orphans Fund
is a charity dedicated to providing financial relief to the families of Varrockian guards killed in the line of duty. Father Aereck of Lumbridge donates all proceeds from his gravestone sales to the fund.
