Lletya
is a hidden village in Isafdar, built by Lady Ithell for the rebel elves shortly after the Siege of Prifddinas. When the elves, having rescued the elven elders, returned to Baxtorian's empire east of the Galarpos in 4.1935, they found it in ruins. While King Baxtorian is said to have buried himself beneath a waterfall in grief for his lost wife Glarial, the Cadarns and other elven settlers returned home, forced to live in the forests to avoid being captured and killed by the Iorwerths. Soon enough, a village, Lletya, was built in the south-east of the forest, and would become led by Arianwyn Cadarn. Lady Ithell died shortly after finishing Lletya, which was built entirely of wood, but she literally put her soul into her work in the form of plans for a statue of her, which would contain her soul and memories if built. Some time after its foundation, the gnome Bolrie arrived in search of Arposandra and stayed in his laboratory in a cave beneath the village, until he left.

Lumbridge
is a duchy in Misthalin constructed on both sides of the River Lum north-west of Al Kharid. It was founded in 4.1937 when King Claudius of Misthalin placed his vassal Duke Polonius, whose family has ruled the town since, there. It is surrounded by many farms, which are part of the Breadbasket of Misthalin. In 5.169, the eastern part of the town was taken over and raided by local goblins in the Battle of East Lumbridge, and the area remains infested with them to this day. That same year, a large red dragon called Sottlepot, the out-of-control pet of a resident of Lumbridge, threatened to destroy the town but it was quickly dealt with by an adventurer and Sir Vant of Falador.

Again in 169, H.A.M. attempted to invoke a war between Lumbridge and Dorgesh-Kaan when the Dorgeshuun accidentally made contact with the surface, but this plan was thwarted and a peace treaty was made instead. It is the base of the Lumbridge Secret Council, who meet in the castle. In the first year of the Sixth Age, Zamorak and Saradomin battled in the forest west of Lumbridge, turning it into a huge crater and destroying several building, including parts of the castle, but Foreman George and his men repaired it after the battle. The town is protected by the Lumbridge Guardsmen.

Marim
, named after the monkey goddess Marimbo, is the capital of Ape Atoll, located on the north-eastern part of the island. It has many ninja monkeys stationed throughout that act as guards, as well as a few shops. It is entirely made from bamboo, with the exception of the Temple of Marimbo, King Awowogei's throne room and a few other things.

¤
Meiyerditch
is a very large city that makes up the southern half of the Sanguinesti Region. It is connected to Darkmeyer, but the two are separated by a high wall. The Great Vyre Wall runs west of the city, which is the successor of the once-capital of the Hallowland: Hallowvale. Nowadays, Meiyerditch is a ghetto where people are held together in mostly ruined buildings, barely surviving. The city is divided into a number of sectors, with a different one being tithed each time to prevent the humans' dying from blood loss.

A large castle similar in design to Castle Drakan can be found in the south-east of the city. It is extremely hard to navigate, although the Myreque, the Sanguinesti division of which have a base in the city, have set out a course over and through many buildings marked by silver sickles painted on walls and doors. To the north-west of the city is an entrance to the Meiyerditch Mine, which connects to the huge daeyalt refinery under the Sanguinesti Region. There is a black market in the city, run by Trader Sven. There used to be some form of freedom for the humans, in the form of Trakerel's Fishing Shop or the Skull in a Chest Inn for example, but this is no longer the case. There is a sealed secret laboratory beneath the city where vampyres conducted experiments but it was shut down not too long ago when haemalchemy was discovered, which would turn vampyre society upside down.

¤
Menaphos
is the capital of the Kharidian Desert and the western half of the twin city it forms with Sophanem where the River Elid meets the sea. It is unknown when exactly it was founded, but the two are thought to have existed as villages during the God Wars, if not earlier. Nowadays, the cities are surrounded by a large wall. In the middle of the Fifth Age, Menaphos was at war with Al Kharid, but the lesser deities of the Menaphite Pantheon helped to establish a peace between the two. At the end of the Fifth Age, Amascut caused a non-contagious plague to break out in Sophanem when she captured the soul of Klenter, a former High Priest of Sophanem, in addition to giant locusts swarming the city and other such pests.

The Pharaoh of Menaphos responded by putting the city under quarantine and locking down Menaphos to avoid the plague spreading. However, this left many Sophanites trapped in Menaphos. Upon hearing that the slaves in Sophanem no longer had to work due to the plague, the Menaphite slaves began riotting in the city. However, Coenus, chief gatekeeper and captain of the Menaphite Guard, brutally ended the riots in the higher-class districts of the city, although they persist in the slums. Despite the plague's being harmless, its only effect being red spots on the face, Menaphos remains barricaded, with Coenus' men even attacking the High Priest of Sophanem when he tried to reason with them. The Pharaoh also banished a gang of Menaphite thugs from the city for worshipping Amascut and they are now held up in Pollnivneach. The city has four distinct sectors: the ports, the slums, the merchant district and the Imperial district. The city is also famous for its grand library. Not unlike its neighbour, Menaphos has its own High Priest of Icthlarin.

Mort'ton
is a small town in central Morytania, between Burgh de Rott and the Mort Myre Swamp. Not many humans lived there and they had to pay blood tithes to the vampyres, but live wasn't too horrible. A couple of decades ago, however, a strange mist from the Sanguinesti reached the town, which seems to have carried a disease with it. The townsfolk became afflicted by this strange phenomenon, which eventually reduced everyone in Mort'ton to a bunch of green-skinned zombies who could utter nothing coherent. Herbi Flax was on his way of creating a cure for the affliction, but succumbed before it was finished. To make things worse, the spectral spirits of the dead have begun terrorising the town. Just north-east of the town lies the ruined temple Flamtaer, dedicated to elemental power, or fire.

Nardah
is a desert town east of the River Elid founded during the God Wars. A woman named Na(r)darine had been fleeing from a conflict between Saradomin and Zamorak in the north when she ran out of supplies. She prayed to Elidinis for help and the goddess created an oasis around Na*darine. A town was founded there, called Nardah. Other refugees began to arrive and were made to swear fealty to Elidinis if they were to remain there. By the Fifth Age, the town, now ruled by a mayor, had grown and harboured a thriving community. In 169, however, a Saradominist priest arrived and convinced the villagers to throw away the statuette of Elidinis, which had been Na(r)darine's token of worship. The three Spirits of the Elid did not approve of this blasphemous act towards their goddess and made the river kill the priest. They also cursed the village, removing all water from it so that its residents would die of thirst and dehydration. An adventurer was able to make peace with the spirits however, and water returned once the statuette was retrieved from an evil genie and placed back in Elidinis' shrine in the town.

¤
On(k)hara
was a city in the north destroyed by the Tsutsaroth demon Zebub in the Second Age.

¤
Oo'glog
is a settlement in the south-east of the Feldip Hills. While Gu'tanoth is inhabited only by male ogres, Oo'glog's residents are exclusively female ogressess, led by Chief Tess, although the ogre children are of mixed genders. It is built within sandstone walls. In 5.169, the businesswoman Balnea Thermaenni Caldarium, Esquiress set up a spa resort called Oo'glog Recreational Relaxation Resorts in the town, attracting visitors from far and wide to the natural springs in the town, after having an adventurer make preparations of course.

¤ The
Piscatoris Fishing Colony
is a small town north of the Piscatoris woodland in Kandarin. It was founded by Herman Caranos, a fisherman from East Ardougne, in the Fifth Age and he remains its director. It had a thriving monkfish business until they came under attack of sea trolls, causing their income to plummet. In 169, Dionysius and a younger adventurer patched up the colony and dealt with the sea trolls by killing their general and fearsome queen. Known inhabitants are Franklin Canaros, Herman's brother; Devin Mendelberg, a carpenter originally from Morytania; Ramara du Croissant, a former Ardougnese baker; George Laxmeister, Arnold Lydspor and Kathy Corkat.

¤
Pollnivneach
is a town in the middle of the Kharidian Desert. Its leader is Mayor Ali, although about 99% of its inhabitants are named Ali as well. Beneath the town is a large dungeon with strange machinery. There is a feud going on between two rival gangs; a group of regular bandits in the north and an Amascutian gang aiming to conquer the entire world and exiled from Menaphos for plotting against the Pharaoh in the south. There is a large tourism scam going on involving the mayor, the camel salesman, the kebab merchant, Ali Morrisane and presumably others to get money off tourists. The Ali Cats, an organised crime syndicate, also operate here.

¤
Port Khazard
is a small port east of General Khazard's Fight Arena. It mainly contains docks, but there are a few shops as well.

¤
Port Lina
was a coastal town in roughly the same area as where Port Sarim is now. It existed some time in the very late Fourth Age, but seems to have disappeared.

Port Phasmatys
is a port in north-eastern Morytania. It was founded around 4.1777 along with the Lordship of the North Coast and now-gone settlements in the northern Mort Myre when settlers from Misthalin and what would become Asgarnia settled in northern Morytania. With all the conflicts with (hob)goblins and giants back at home, the settlers discarded the warnings of Morytania's evil given to them at Paterdomus as old legends and began to build settlements regardless. However, at the start of the Fifth Age, Lord Drakan found out about these new people and forced them to pay blood tithes as anyone else, violently oppressing them. The inhabitants of Port Phastmatys, a lively town trading with various islands in the Eastern Sea including the Eastern Lands, turned to Necrovarus, a sorcerer from the East, for help. He had them built the Ectofuntus in a temple north of the town from ectoplasma, which created a protective barrier around Phasmatys, denying the vampyres access. However, this left the residents trapped and without supplies they died one by one. Their ghosts, however, remained in the town, unable to pass on to the Grim Underworld as Necrovarus' plans came to fruition and he tapped from the ghosts' power to fuel his own plans. Until an adventurer stopped him in 5.169, anyway, allowing the ghosts to pass on. Currently, there is little trade in Port Phastmatys due to everyone's being a ghost, but the town is not completely dead.

¤
Port Sarim
is a town with a large harbour in the southern part of Asgarnia. Its history remains unknown, but it appears to be a successor of sorts of Port Lina. It is famous for its prison, where prisoners from all over the world are detained (and whence it is not very hard to escape).

Prifddinas
is a city made of crystal and the oldest surviving settlement on Gielinor. It was built by Seren and the elves in the First Age in a clearing north of the Isafdar forest. The goddess had built the Tower of Voices there where the elves could congregate and the Assembly of Elders could meet. The city was then built in the shape of an octagon, with each of the eight elven clans having their own section with access to the Tower. Seren also gave each family a crystal seed to plant in the middle of their segment, which grew into a smaller tower. The city was surrounded by a crystal wall as well, and the elves lived there in harmony. In the Fourth Age, however, the Cadarn Clan led The Break Out as the Arandar Pass was constructed through the Galarpos and a new empire was established at the other side. It was at some point after this event that the Iorwerth Clan, upset that it was denied the ability to defend their homeland during the God Wars, seized control of the Tower of Voices, conquered Prifddinas and denied access to the other clans, throwing the nation into a civil war as elves were murdered by the Iorwert(h)s. It was not until 1930, when The Great Divide occurred and communication between Tirannwn and King Baxtorian's empire became impossible that the eastern elves learnt of the Iorwerth treachery when one of the five Cadarn scouts sent home through the Underground Pass returned to report of the civil war. Baxtorian launched his five-year-campaign to reconquer the city in the Siege of Prifddinas, but failed. However, a special squad of elves managed to infiltrate the city, release the other elven elders, and together they sung the city back to seed to protect it from the Iorwerths. The defeated Cadarns then returned to the east in 1935. But alas, the empire lay in ruins, forcing the Cadarn Clan and the other elves to return to Tirannwn.

Access to Prifddinas there was not, forcing them to hide in the forest to avoid the Iorwerths. Soon, the village Lletya was constructed. In 5.169, the rebel elves discovered that Prifddinas had been reverted via a report written by Iestin Edern found on a dead elf messenger in the Corridor of Light, connected to the undercity of Prifddinas, and began working towards the city's restoration. Iorwerth was planning to return the Dark Lord, a negative aspect of Seren obsessed with death that had been trapped in the Temple of Light by the Hefin Clan, to use its power to restore the city without the other clans - an act which would kill the elves trapped inside the seed and turn it into a city for Iorwerths only. However, he and the Dark Lord were stopped and the eight elven elders - with Iestin Edern replacing Lord Iorwerth - successfully restored the city. While Iorwerth was in control of the area the city had occupied, there was an Iorwerth camp inside, ruled by a mayor. They had frequent contact with the gnomes of Arposandra. Rellekka
is a Fremennik town on the shore of the Lunar Sea. It is ruled by Chieftain Brundt. Rellekka has long been at war with the Dagannoth, which culminated in 5.169 in the Battle for Rellekka, when many hordes of dagannoth invaded the city. While defenders at home fought them off, the united fleets of Rellekka, Miscellania, Etceteria and Neitiznot sailed to Waterbirth Island to kill the Dagannoth Mother. They succeeded, albeit with heavy losses, and Rellekka was saved. The town is famous for its great longhall. Outerlanders aren't welcome until they pass the Fremennik trials and are deemed worthy by the council.

¤
Rimmington
is a small village in the south-west of Asgarnia. The Customs and Excise Office have an office here and there is a chemist but other than that there aren't many interesting features. In 5.139, Crandorian refugees set up a camp north of the town, but Elvarg followed them and killed all but three wizards: Lozar, Melzar and Thalzar. Melzar would build a huge mansion at the site of the destroyed camp, going mad while trying to resurrect his slain comrades with the aid of a demon. In 169, people in the village would not wake up from their dreams due to their souls' being lured into the Grotworm Lair, where the Queen Black Dragon slumbers, by the siren Remora. The Raptor, a roving warrior, was enlisted to help out, but he was hardly of any help. Another adventurer was enlisted, and they successfully managed to release Remora from the dragon's grip after they and the Raptor were swallowed by her. This allowed the villagers to awaken again, although Remora died from dragonfire in the process.
