Here's what I've gathered having done all of the quests.
Seren is a very pure, caring, and loving god, yet seems to only place interest in her elf people.
Armadyl is similar to Saradomin, however he is a young god and may be a little naive. He has the best of intentions, and is not as controlling as Saradomin. Armadyl would rather people do good on their own terms, rather than forcing them to as Saradomin would.
Zaros is not evil, however he always has an ulterior motive. Throughout the quest series it is obvious that he only wants to become an elder god, and will conquer anyone who will interfere with that.
