I've found it very fascinating how Zaros acts differently around Seren. Unlike every other occasion where he's completely level-headed and analytical, Zaros seems to get very touchy and edgy when you bring her up in discussion. Zaros' motivation to aid her would not be out of his typical manipulations like he does with us, but just out of sibling attachment.
EDIT: Oops, I didn't realize this was gravebumped a few posts ago. My bad.

That's probably because around her, his mask slips, and he's unable to stop himself from expressing his emotions. Like his desire to remake the universe in his image for instance. Didn't mention that when he was trying to get us to make him a new body.
We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.

Was it necro? I didn't realize. Occasionally I'll just look at my history and check up on threads I once commented on, w/o checking the date. And even if I did check the date- there is now more to the discussion
because
of The Light Within.
well for those who are truly dedicated Zarosians out there seren had somthing to do with the falling of Zaros. Zaros shared similar Views to guthix and seren freedom to mortals and no more wars from the gods. he will soon return to take out Zamorak then move on to elder gods. He will need seren to defeat the elder gods but he was also smitten with seren. being that she is truly the only one on his level she could stand a small chance at spoiling his plans how ever i feel as though she wont be able to fully stop him. when Lord Zaros returns he will be at full power then he will take his power back that the great traitor stole from him. he doesnt care about petty war with gods that are obssed with controle and glory because he is not controleing. he is the god of fate setting the mortals up for maximum sucess in their lifes. His goals are to have revenge kill the elder gods end all god wars and free the mortals from blood shed and war. He does not controle us but sets us up for greatness an seeks to help us reach our maximum potential. Zaros wants you to be the masters of this world brothers we must band to gether under his name. Support Zaros end the gods petty fueding once and for all HAIL ZAROS! (brought to you by the New Age Church of Zaros check for our feeds for more info)

You, Cisco, must truly be a great Zarosian leader. No other being could have wielded such potent powers of necromancy as you have exhibited.

Seren is against him, and until she ditches that anti-Zarosian agenda, she needs to die at my brother Aegon's hands.

Zaros already did help Seren. Your argument is invalid.
NO
I do not ship ZamorakxZaros.
I follow them. And Marimbo, the best t5 god.
He would help her in my opinion, or at least if the circumstances had been different. This is why I'm choosing to help Seren in addition to supporting the Zarosian cause; I'm worried about what could happen if she were to go mad. Azzanadra is worried that this could come from being incomplete, while I'm scared of the possibility of her heart being broken. This is because she's a lot more emotional than Zaros and is quite prone to impulsiveness.
As for Zaros, I think he would keep his distance because even he's susceptible to the addictive feeling she gives off. This could have been the reason they don't get on very well; he's scared of a relapse and wants to focus on learning new things, while she's exercising her willpower by defying him and the feeling of loyalty he gives off himself. Keeping a distance from each other is probably good for them both for the time being, and the World Guardian may play a part in helping patch up their relationship in the future.
A lot of people don't seem to realise that they actually do love each other as siblings, and would make sure the other is safe. Seren actually wanted revenge against Zamorak for attacking Zaros and starting the first God Wars, and right now wants to crush Sliske for killing her beloved Guthix. Zaros hopes to patch things up, and Seren does admit loving him in spite of the resentment that's pointed out after The Light Within.
As a Zarosian, it would be an honour for me to do this for him and provide him with a family.
