Howdy clan-searchers! Do you like hunting down every bit of information you can find on your favorite characters? Do you relish in knowing and speculating on what's coming next in the game and the story? Do you like the lore of Runescape?
Yeah, lore - the story and personality of the game itself. Those epic sagas we play as quests, and the backstory behind them all. Tales of God Wars and Mahjarrat, Elves and Vampyres, Other Worlds and secret places. From the settling of Gielinor to the death of Guthix and beyond, The Scrying Pool is a clan that loves this stuff.
Many players just use guides and skip through dialogue in quests, don't pay attention to the cutscenes in them, or never read the books that can be found, and it's a shame, really, because RuneScape has such a deep and rich story when you give it the proper chance. We are a community of players who gave it that chance, and enjoy the game that much more because of it.
While that is our focus, we're players too, playing the game together as any other clan, with events of all sorts and varieties for any player. We delve into dungeons, fight bosses, fish, cook, fletch, summon, and smith... but you know what? Things are different once you know the story behind them. Maybe you already know that, and would like to expand that knowledge, or maybe you want to give it that first proper chance.
