Well... to be honest, I'm applying for two, if that's okay...

Username: "Sablefreak" (main), and "Rubeia" (Let's Play account)
Timezone: UTC -05:00 (East Coast)
Quest Points: Currently 291 (Sablefreak), and 0 (Rubeia)

Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?
Most definitely. I have no opinion, I just want to know more, because I am genuinely interested and would like to see if it would have an impact on my writing skills. I am a storyteller, and I want to glean as much information as I can so I can improve my own world building skills and character arcs for my own projects.

What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game? Elaborate.
Gods. I am a huge fan of the "We Don't Need Gods" trope, and while avoiding potential spoilers, I made Sablefreak's backstory regarding that. Plus I like how the gods themselves are fleshed out as characters, and I find Sliske to be a competent villain in that regard. I can also almost give a perfect impression of his voice. Tee hee.

What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?
Anything Jagex has to offer, really. I just don't like how some of the content all but requires us to be maxed, or have almost all stats above 90, but most of their playerbase is maxed and that's mostly who they seem to be catering to, so I'm ambitious to max and complete all quests so I can access the whole game. But I missed out on several important plot details, and I'm too far down the rabbit hole to go back. Hence why I made Rubeia, and applying her too. She's purely my Let's Play account, where I can experience all the quests again without having any form of impatience, compelled to complete them for sake of accessibility, or fear of falling behind. I think this would be a perfect clan for her since her ultimate goal is to obtain the MQC. And she will definitely be active for a long time seeing as new content comes out quite frequently.

Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?
I love all the lore in this game, from the past and current storylines to hunting down all the lore books to read. I am currently working on earning the Master Quest Cape too.

What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game? Elaborate.
I have always loved the Pirate quest series humor, but I love it even more so ever since the Pieces of Hate quest took a more serious turn into the Xau-Tak story. I have a theory I am working on about what I think who/what Xau-Tak really is, based on some information from different lore books and quest dialogue.

What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?
In terms of quests I can't wait for the continuation of the Xau-Tak storyline, and the next step in the 6th age Gods storyline. Without knowing at all what else is coming later in 2019, I am also looking forward to these secret future surprises.

Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?
Absolutely. I spend too much time reading the lore on the wiki, and pondering it and how it impacts my character.

What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game? Elaborate.
I love anything to do with the gods. I love that we can actually pick and choose between them now, and even interact with them in quests. The godhood tiers, the Elder Gods, etc are all very interesting to me.

What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?
I'd like to see the return of Tumeken and Elidinis, since the latter is my character's matron deity. I'd also like to have more altar icon options in player-owned houses. And, of course, more quests are always nice to have. I'm also really looking forward to RS3 Mobile.

Additional notes:
I put real life before RuneScape; and RuneScape is not the only hobby I have. Sometimes I go inactive for months at a time; however, I have no intention of ever quitting: I've been playing RuneScape with this character since 2005, and racked up over 1600 hours of playtime since then. I mention all of this, because I would like to be a part of a clan that won't kick me if I suddenly disappear for a few months. This is probably my primary concern with any clan.
When I am active, I make sure to cap every week at the citadel (it's a key part of my skilling regimen), and my main focus in-game is quests, miniquests, achievements, lore, and fashionscape.
As for why I'm willing to leave my current clan: While I have been a member of Expected for nearly a decade (I joined on a whim), I've pretty much always been a lone-wolf, uninvolved in clan activities. I recently started trying to be a little more participative, and discovered that the clan culture is a little too 4-Chan-y for my tastes.

Thank you for your consideration.

Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?
Yes! Even though I've been less active on RS3 than I've hoped for the last few years (starting around Menaphos I think), I've still kept a close eye on what updates have come and have been coming to Gielinor for these past few years. I'm a bit behind when it comes to the latest quests, but I have owned the quest cape in the past, and the World Out Of Time storyline that began with Desperate Times seriously interests me, along with Anachronia that I've yet to explore. I can't wait to experience it all for myself, once I've first finished Curse of the Black Stone and the three elite dungeons of course.

What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game? Elaborate.
The Mahjarrat/Sliske/Sixth Age storyline in general. I loved the way you could develop your character as a person through those quests, and how the world and its characters responded to you based on your decisions. Sliske is also a really cool antagonist in a way that he is sort of like the player's personal nemesis, and with funny dialogue to boot.

Another of my favorite pieces of lore are the TzHaar/TokHaar, and how they differ from the other races. The TzHaar are not like other mortals, they descended from the TokHaar who were created by the Elder Gods to work as craftsmen of the world via the Elder Kiln. Their origin, and what their role was fascinates me.

What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?
All the story and lore-related content that was announced at RuneFest this year. Archaeology especially, since the whole skill seems to be largely centered around the ancient history of Gielinor, and what kind of secrets we could uncover from there. Desperate Measures has also sounded interesting, same with the City of Senntisten and Elder God Wars Dungeon.

Quest Points: 157 (Ik it’s low, but it’s an Iron and I like getting all the reqs and doing quest series uninterrupted).

Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?: Of course!

What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game? Elaborate: I’m a pretty big fan of the Myreque series. Or rather, of some of its wasted potential. It showcases some very serious issues some of which were not resolved yet and I think there’s room for tying up some loose ends with the human population of the region, Vyre-werewolf relations and Vampyrium itself.

What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?: Currently holding my fingers for the possibility of archeology giving us any 4th age content at all ^^” It’s very underrated. Alternatively, more Morytania quests!

Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?:
Yes, recently I have focused on getting levels for Plague's End, but I consider the history of Gielinor and the development of the quests as one of the most positive points of the game.

What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game?
I am currently in progress on the Elf quest series, and so far it is my favorite, both because of the many stories happening in parallel and the Tirannwn setting.

What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?:
Orthen Digsite, because it sounds very interesting in regards to lore.

Are you interested in the lore and/or future updates to Runescape?

Definitely. About a month ago, I've started playing RuneScape — discounting what I've played as a child, without understanding anything — and I couldn't ignore that the quests and dialogues are rich and masterfully elaborated. The efforts of JaGeX to make stories captivated me and I would like to learn more and have contact with The Scrying Pool members, who takes these quests seriously.

What is one of your favourite storylines/quest series/areas of lore in the game? Elaborate.

Based on my short experience, disregarding the stories that I learned through conversations, I've enjoyed "The Jack of Spades" series, giving support to Ozan and Al Kharid court, leading to Menaphos. The coincidence between the antagonist of this series and the owner of this clan caught my attention.

What updates are you most looking forward to in the game?

My future is equivalent to your past, I have a lot of content to explore in Gielinor. My interest is currently in 3 main things: The Fairy Tale questline, because the queen is still sick... The really cool dwarves of Keldagrim, because I need to help a "giant dwarf" that I've messed... Lastly, I want to start the elves questline, I just know only a few things about a plague around ardougne, maybe we are in an interesting moment to do a plague quest. Maybe, soon I will reach a point closer to story updates, you know, things are slower when you read almost everything. For now, the update I am waiting is 2x exp haha
