What's the latest on the duplicates? I can't really spin until it's fixed

I support being able to trade in the duplicate items (Such as the Dragon ceremonial) for the missing parts. It's frustrating if you land on one and get the same piece.

It is good to see that we are getting a weekend with extra chances to claim the limited edition and party items.
However, my main concern is, what happens if we have one part of the Dragon Ceremonial or the Queen's Guard outfit missing, or miss the chance of grabbing the sunbathe emote?
In theory, there should be a future way of being able to earn these cosmetic items whether it is done through a holiday event, the Loyalty Shop, or Solomon's General Store.
This should additionally be the case for previous items such as Mad May's weekend where there were quite of few people who missed out on the No See/Hear/Speak Monkey hats.
This is just a suggestion, and I appreciate your attempts to allow us to try and get the limited edition items. Although it is the unlucky few who will never get them, and will of course be jealous and isolated from their friends.

I'm also wondering if there's any news regarding the duplicate bug. Last night I saw a duplicate Dragon Ceremonial Chestplate on the wheel even though I had just won it previously that night. Now I'm weary about spinning again until hearing that the bug has been fixed. :3
