@nano: i was actually gonna wait till closer to the end of the month and try to grab the itemsw i still need before they were gone swo i already had saved up alittle. but i guess this is a better time to go for em >.< So where's your savior tonight? okay so I've been a member all summer but i haven't received a promissory note and was wondering when i would get one cause it says on runescape wiki everyone whose stayed a member from the beginning of august and/or september would get one and i haven't received it yet which i find that's ridiculous that i havent gotten basicly what im paying for

Was your inventory full on Aug. 31st when each member got the Promissory note?
If it was then go to Draynor village and talk to Diango and choose the 5th chat option then choose other items and it should be there.
Hopefully Mod Sabre or another Jagex Mod will have more info on the bug that has hit many of you that still need some pieces of the Dragon ceremonial outfit or even the Queen's guard outfit, but instead are getting duplicates of pieces you already own.

I guess i'll put my word out there too. I too have duplicate Dragon C. Items and I already know the problem is being looked into. But I cast my vote to have any duplicate item swapped for a item(s) people don't already own.
I have 2 pairs of Dragon C. Greaves and i hope my extra pair is converted into the Dragon C. Cape. An item I do not yet have.
And I do 5 pieces of Dragon C. Items. Just not the Cape.
