Will they be able to turn the duplicate dragon ceremonial pieces into pieces we do not have yet?

Thrilled that you actually lowered the rarity of Dragon Ceremonial! But there is a glitch where pieces that have been previously won appear on the wheel still.

Fomalhaut - I can't confirm whether items will be swapped, that decision will probably be made once our bug tracking teams have fully investigated the bug and know the cause of the issue.

Cool i just need hat and boots to complete the dragon set, but knowing my luck, im 90% sure i wont get them, nor the emote, or shark fists. Comped on Rs3 Dec 2012 |

I was lucky to get the whole queen's guard, shark fists (gold/red), and 3 of the dragon ceremonial pieces. I really do want the rest of the dragon ceremonial set, the beach ball, and the sunbathe.
I am curious about the barbecue though since it wasn't mentioned. I know you can't confirm, but if you could try to see if someone else could provide more info, that would be great. I don't really care 1 way or the other about ice cream hat since I can use enchanted water tiara instead.

All I'm missing from the listed summer items is the Beach ball and I do hope to get it before this promotion ends.
Sadly I never got the Ice cream cone hat and Summer barbeque as those were the only other summer items that I needed to have them all.
It would be nice to have a chance at getting these items if one hasn't gotten them before all summer items are removed for good.
Maybe a last chance summer bonanza where all of the summer items that have appeared on the Squeal of Fortune will be up for grabs for both members and non-members alike to try and win and those items will appear on all 13 slots.
Yes it sounds kinda stupid and all and down right insane as well, but it is a suggestion that you could consider telling the rest of the Jagex team about and let it be done next week from Sep. 27th 00:00 GMT- Sep. 30th 23:59 GMT.

I got duplicate dragon ceremonial boots today. It never happened before I destroyed them so maybe Jagex forgot to include them in the sof code when Diango has them.
