Ok so I'm really confused here, let's say the name I want isn't on the hiscores or addable on my friends list but when I try to create an account using that particular name it says "Not Available". So what does this mean? Is the account associated with that name banned? And would it still be available to capture during the name release?

My second question is this, if another name I want isn't on the Hiscores (both OSRS and RS3) but if it's on my friends list without the abc123##% thing does that mean it's not available to take during the name release?

BTW If the names have already been freed up can't you just take it right now? Why do you have to wait on that letter day?

Well I recovered my first account the other day to try and steal it's name only to find out it had been removed. Hopefully I can get it back during this.

If you can still add the name today and it actually gets added in your friendlist it means it won't get released because it's permbanned.

Zezima still plays for one, he has 5.4b XP.

2nd they wouldn't let you take his name anyway even if you wanted too. Lost Woods numba 1, (NOT EE, Those scrubs are liars ;p)
