I understand your anger but Jagex sent an email to everyone way beforehand to kinda reactivate the account to make sure you don't lose the name of your account so yeah.

Will banned accounts' names be released? I went to create a new character to check the availability of some names and half of them are banned so i don't really call it a "Name release" if a good portion of the names are not being released. Why should we not be able to take their name just because they did something stupid? Also, i tried one name and it said it was inappropriate even though it is completely not. It was "Oceanus" which i do not see how that is inappropriate at all besides it has "Anus" in it. but that does not make sense either because i tried "Uranus" and it said it was taken so. Just wondering if there is anyway a mod or something can make this name available to me since it really is not inappropriate. I wont be wasting my money again on a game where i cannot even get the name i want for no legitimate reason. Thanks

You didn't log in for over 6 months, you deserve to got your name taken away. Play active or don't play at all.
