While it's understandable to be frustrated, it seems you have been given an answer in regards to your inquiry. While I get it was not the answer you were looking for, the forums is not the place to dispute bans or mutes. Since you have received an answer in regards to your question, I think it's time to move on to a new subject. ;)

WHERE IS THE PLACE TO DISPUTE THEM THEN?

I am really ****** off now. Ever since I posted that I was in the American Military you guys have treated me like a liar, hide relevant posts, publicly posted private messages sent by DIFFERENT MODS, and overall have treated me very very poorly. I am currently writing complaints to IVP as well as Spectrum Quality Investors. I wonder how your American sponsors will like you mistreating there soldiers. I WONT BE ABUSED JUST BECAUSE IM IN THE MILITARY.

Jagex has the WORST customer service i have encountered online for any game. I have been playing for over 10 years and now that i'm trying to get account help I get INGORED and just sent a link to a FAQ which DOES NOT HAVE THE ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM. There is NO way to contact Jagex directly, I am so so disappointed at the steps this game has taken to AVOID helping customers. My problem has a very simple solution, recently my phone reset so upon reinstalling my authenticator I tried disabling it and then reapplying it to my account, but when i try to disable it, I never received an email for the 10+ times i tried. Alls I want is to rescan the barcode for my account or just reset it so I can continue playing. When i cancelled my subscription I put the reason "I was unhappy with costumer service" afterwards I tried hitting the "Contact us" button on the bottom of the JAGEX page and it DOES NOT WORK. All of the other buttons do apart from CONTACT US... I am very very disappointed....

I would also like to add that I tried numerous times to contact customer support on facebook and twitter (which I shouldn't even have to do) and the same results, at first i was pointed to a FAQ link, and after saying that that did not solve the problem they stopped replying to me

Hey Bigg,

The best way to contact us will always be through our Support Centre - in this specific case, your issue might be a little bit more bespoke than usual in which case, *Obi Wan voice* - This is the page you're looking for.

If the above steps don't solve your issue, there's also a way for you to get in touch with a member of the team about it.

OH BTW GUYS! Just logged into OS Runescrap. THERE ARE BOTS EVERYWHERE STILL?! Pretty wierd that your 100% perfect botwatch still is unable to figure out that the multiple lvl 3s wcing are macroing?? OR maybe you guys are just too busy unfairly banning actual players like myself? Oh and one last thing I have the letter I plan on sending your American Sponsors regarding my treatment both ingame and forums written and will be sending it tomorrow morning. I really hate that after 8-10 years it has to come to this, but the way you guys arbitrarily banned my account with two major macroing offenses that I did not commit is disgusting. And then to top it off I am brushed aside and treated horribly on the forums. Very poor guys. Very very poor.

Sad truth man. I am still unfairly banned. They still won't even bother to look at the evidence ( or more aptly the lack thereof) simply because I am in the military. My advice is to not waste anymore time playing, because they might randomly ban you
one day (like they did to my account 'Pepper' and then refuse to even look into it.

I had to contact customer support a month or so ago now with an issue, and was pleasantly surprised to find a response in my inbox within a couple of hours. The issue was resolved quickly, and the person who I corresponded with was very informative and friendly, so yeah. In all my time on RS, I've only had to contact customer support a handful of times, but have always been able to resolve the issue with relative ease.
