Thank you for the Q&A sessions! I found them to be very informative and enjoyed reading through the pages of responses.

I myself had prepared a question for one of the sessions but unfortunately I got caught up at work and was unable to post it on the live sticky in time. I decided to post my question anyway in the General forum; it can be found here .

This is a joke. Where are these stats from?

Anytime I have tried to come into contact with Jagex I've had a bad experience. The account I am on got hacked once, and after trying to email jagex twice about my account, I decided to make another account member (because I didn't have an account that had access to the forums) so I can post about it.

I did end up getting my account back, and was given an extra month membership (on my other account, one that I haven't used in years and only made it member to get this account back), so I didn't end up using the membership that I was given.

It is much better than it is before though, I'm sure back in the day I would have had a worse experience than I did

I was dying laughing, clenching on the ground trying to breathe for 5 whole minutes.

Your company hasn't answered a single mute appeal on my account ever since MMG came into office. I do remember my appeals being heard in 2004-2008. I have had 2 mutes total my entire RS career of multiple years, and both mutes were misunderstandings. One of them all I did was say "scammer" for trying to get 40m out of a tetsu helmet on me because of the G.E. price difference to street. Other one was some guy talking to me in a totally derogatory way and the system must'** thought I was doing it. Both of those mute appeals went straight to the garbage at Jagex Ltd apparently, and with my activity in the game. I quit because Jagex and customer support are about as real as is unicorns. I mean that. Both mute appeals ended up just simply expiring an entire year later. Pathetic.

I would like to give Mod Beno a huge hug and thanks for the help he gave me last night. Thank you so much!

None of my wealth was restored (as per the message Mod Beno sent me), except for junk seeds.. which is odd lol.. but I received all my xp back.

Everything I said bad about Jagex I take back... Starting now lol

Dude hell yeah I have passion for Runescape! This game has held my attention longer than just about anything lol!! ;) But Yes. The offences are on my actual account Anoobass5 (Ingame; 'Pepper). I just created this account to try and reach you guys as well as my friends on my account Pepper.

Anyways, I am off to work. if I get home and can finally play Runescape again you guys better believe I am gonna be making a thank you thread in the compliments section :P


edit: AS OF 10/14 9AM PST. I AM STILL UNABLE TO USE MY ACCOUNT. Really really hope Mod Kelvin makes his way back to this thread. :fingers crossed:

What about the inbox message, copied below, that Mod Beno sent you???

If you hadn't have botted twice, then you would not be banned. As you did, your account will remain banned as we have a zero tolerance approach to botters.

Following your post on the forums I have investigated your account for you.

I can understand your frustration at being banned but as you yourself admit you did in fact use a bot and as a result you were banned.

Looking at your offence history I can see that you received a temporary ban and then, some days after that ban ended, you chose to bot again. Since you had already been warned botwatch applied a permanent ban.

I can see that there may have been some confusion due to the fact that two bans were applied for your second offence however they are both permanent offences so the outcome is the same.
