After my recent encounter with customer support, I do have to say, Jagex has the worst customer support of any company I have ever encountered. Got muted in game and for some reason they wouldn't let me appeal the offense, even though it was my first mute in three years. Came here to try and get some help but I was banned from the forums. Clicked on account support and was directed to the rs wiki and couldn't find anywhere to contact an actual person. Jagex customer support is more than just bad, It's non existant. I don't know where they get their 500,000 number from because anyone in my situation can't contribute to it.

All I want is my reptuation as a legitimate player maintained. Seeing on the reddit players being told by 1 J-Mod they have been botting with 100% certainty, and then told by another J-Mod they have never botted in their entire lives with 100% certainty in <2days is very frustrating for me to have to read.

I want my year-old offenses wiped, I want my membership reimbursted for the 2 weeks I was locked out of my account with no replies to tickets/emails/forum threads. At the time Twitter didn't exist as it does now.

This whole fiascio has resulted in me becoming very salty and unsavory in general, leaving me stressed out majorly for the 5 months following the offense I completely quit rs (to get healthy), and continues to stress me every single day I continue to see false bans occur.

Before you lock this thread P mod or J mod please look into this or pass this onto someone who can. Thank you.

I still have the "Glitched", Expired Double Blackmarks in my account offense history.
I have also not been:

1- Confirmed a J mod has looked into these Glitched Bans that occured on Osrs over ~1.5 years ago.

2- Given insight on how the Ban was originally applied: Manual False Ban / Automated False Ban.

3- Given a reason as to why I was banned, as Evidence must be "withheld".

hey guys just throwing a bug we all know about out there were u click off ur target and ur guy refuses to quit attacking this could be easily fixed with a cancel target key
would love to see this happen im sure others would

I mean u did base a boss on
"not attacking it at certain times "araxxor web shield" Kinda dumb imo to have a bug were u cant stop attacking running back and forth like a mofo spamming the floor
really unprofessional.
