I'd like to add my opinion into this. Although I enjoy playing this game, I don't believe these stats are true. As many people stated in the previous comments of their accounts being unfairly banned, etc. I see it all the time, I understand that jagex thinks their botwatch is 100% accurate however, I don't believe this is true. Nothing is ever 100% accurate. Some of these players might actually be innocent. There also the malicious type of people who try to lie their way into their own selfish way. It's not that jagex doesn't want to help their customers, I'm certain that they do especially since we pay them but a lot of people try to cheat the system. I do however miss the times where jagex would real ALL APPEALS . I still have mutes a year old and they're still not read. Why is that jagex? Are they not worthy of being read? Furthermore, I remember a very very long time ago on my old account which is now permanently banned since I've lost access to it and was apparently banned for macroing when I haven't used it; I remember a few years back I believe i got BANNED for advertising a website and i sent in an appeal; and I was given a second chance. That's what I call REAL Customer Service. Although I was banned again on that account It didn't really bother me since I haven't used that account and the only thing i really lost on there were my holiday items, it's not a big deal. I still believe that jagex, you should treat customers better, and look into appeals more often. Maybe even into ban appeals. It's the Least you could do for your customers who are paying their hard earned money into a game. If a person says they were hacked, they might not be lying, I'm sure IP Addresses and Computer Hardware IDS can determine if someone is lying or not. But if someone makes a mistake they should be given a second chance (If it's not their fault of course)
Maybe jagex should open a live chat customer support service. Just a suggestion.

Or maybe if someone is suspected of being hacked and they see that it's a different ip or something, maybe lock the account first and contact the person who owns the account before placing a permanent ban on it (Where there is still a possibility that the user might be innocent)

i did not know where to ask this question so i ask it in here. I went to the place to get the safety first emote but the npc guy will not let me take the test or what ever he suppose to let me do so i can get emote , what can i do , i am non member , started playing july 11 of this year and i have went up there several times , i think your npc don't like me

hello I have been playing the game for almost a decade now and I am currently trying to resubscribe after a few years of not playing. I have no issues logging in to my old character, but however when it comes to payment methods I do not get the same options as everyone else apparently. I do not get a cred/debit card option. I only get paysafecard, qifi, and cashu. which none I use. so why don't I get a credit card option please help me get back to my gaming experience. id really like to get back into this game. instead of starting new somewhere else. a response asap would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE HELP!

As I always say, the best customer service is the one you don't need. "Helping 500k players", or about 10 times more than the usual amount of players online (would be interesting to compare that to the total number of active players) hardly seems like something to brag about. Even though of course it does seem like quite an achievement for the small support team who has to deal with the consequences of the work done by the other teams.

Took me over 30 min to figure out how to send customer service a message now that you closed down the e-mail customer support system.
(Hefin agil course graphics failure caused by this morning's update)

I used to be able to just look up an old e-mail to customer service by searching on "jagex" and ... I got the address. (not that I have had to contact you often over the years... I just never delete an e-mail)
That doesn't work now... just results in an autoreply saying "click here to submit" and that leading to a maze of recursive loops resulting in total lack of support.

This is a FAIL.

No they are two different games. You wont have the same stats

I don't wish to contribute to any further necro-posting of this thread, However it is very clear to me my issue has not yet been resolved. (pages ~6-9)

I asked if you would be kind enough to look into my account and remove the false-ban offenses COMPLETELY. Thank you for removing the glitched? EXPIRED BAN.

All I want is my reptuation as a legitimate player maintained. Seeing on the reddit players being told by 1 J-Mod they have been botting with 100% certainty, and then told by another J-Mod they have never botted in their entire lives with 100% certainty in <2days is very frustrating for me to have to read.

I want my year-old offenses wiped, I want my membership reimbursted for the 2 weeks I was locked out of my account with no replies to tickets/emails/forum threads. At the time Twitter didn't exist as it does now.

This whole fiascio has resulted in me becoming very salty and unsavory in general, leaving me stressed out majorly for the 5 months following the offense I completely quit rs (to get healthy), and continues to stress me every single day I continue to see false bans occur.

Before you lock this thread P mod or J mod please look into this or pass this onto someone who can. Thank you.
