Why do I keep seeing 'players' going into Taverly Bank and using quick chat to say "What is your Defence" or "I can only use quick chat" and various other lines. These players are all higher in runecrafing than anything else. This is on world 23.
Just saw four in the bank at once.
Sorry for putting this in this forum but I don't know any other way to communicate this to Jagex.

As the customer service week has been and gone, and some players believe we're checking this thread or answering appeals for help, I've decided to lock this thread. If you'd like to get in touch with Jagex, you can use the support centre.
