I believe that over the 118 months my character has been alive since creation that recently the false ban placed on him for apparently "botting" is false. I do wish that any moderators who look into these forums to see that the customer service has diminished over the years and that even this relying on possibly other players probably far less younger than my account or any player to throw my character and my account out of place. Not only that but I don't agree with anything said on Jagex's defense for having evidence on my character for botting. As a player who has always played the game fairly (not even one 99) I would like to request for any proof or burden of proof in your "system" that determines that me a botter because as a player I should have the right to defend myself for false actions/accusations directed towards me and what ever statistics there may be about people who are actually falsely banned, has been reduced to 0 due to these non-appealable bans. Jagex support on twitter is a sad excuse to redirect us for help it's like telling us to walk to a brick wall and ask it for help including jagex support facebook page.

help mr blum lvl 138 stole my x mas scythe out of my bag glitch hack or scam wutever it was im out 50m without even tradeing him the scythe i have screen shots this is what happened.....



He says he wants to buy and wants me to following him over to somewere away from GE so theres no lag he opens trade i put in the scythe i see him typing how much so i exit trade adn tell him 44m... then he opens trade again imedietly showing varrock adn lumbridge teliport slabs so i accpet trade gaining 2,000g not trading my scythe at all its still in my bag next thing i kno he says wait there im going to get my alt for the godl i said ok fine so i wait for 20 seconds then BAM my scythe is gone and he has it .... i have screen shots please i need help getting it back

I have been playing this game for the past 5 years and month after month paying the membership. I got HACKED today and lost the majority of my bank items. I think I have the right to demand at least some of them back or at least track the person who traded me, it cant be that difficult, people are getting hacked everyday and quitting this game because they have no support. I am about to quit this game too and its sad that you guys give zero attention to people that invest 2,3,4,5,6,7 hours a day in this game and PAY for it.

JUST SAD

I am not asking for my whole bank back, just the important items....

Please give this desperate post some attention......

People who are still playing LOSE THEIR ITEMS. This does not help one bit, a while ago this happened and what did you do NOTHING and now this is happening again, and what are you doing NOTHING. K, go ahead update your DDos protection, did not upgrade them last this happened or am I wrong? Do not tell me a multi million company can't stop DDos attacks from some nerds at home. Honestly you guys owe us players, we have to put up with this, your site isn't even working, funorb isn't working**** isn't working, bet they could even shut your entire company down. At least give us a free month of members :)

Here's some feedback for you. Why not make the game actually secure. If I take more than a week off from playing i come back to an empty bank. I have the authenticator and the bank pin but neither of them seem to work. I won't keep paying to play a game that won't even allow me some down time. It happens so consistently and predictably that I am starting to think it is a mechanism built in to the game itself to make sure we play constantly like drooling idiots. Like the game service is set up to delete your goodies if you don't play every single day. And you are punished for taking a week or two off.

A simple solution would be to have us link our cell phones to our accounts. and you don't lift a bank pin without sending a text to the listed cell phone asking if changes are authorized. Do that for any changes made to the account so that even if someone guesses the ******** they can't change anything without a text being sent to the account owner. also send an alert when someone signs into the account from an unusual ip address. Have it so that just to sign in we have to get a code texted to our cell phone. Something... just about every other website that has membership knows these methods and they work.

If something isn't done about security soon I will stop playing and i will kill my kids accounts too.

Hello! so recently i got a temporarily ban for "macroin" i think...something like that and i would like to know why, it doesnt show in my account status none of my offences say that i have been "macroin" and it's being going on now for around 3 days i have been tweeting jagex for 3 days and no answer, and also posting in the forum hoping that a jmod will try to explaing this to me on why i got banned because i dont gold farm.
