SuJule, I completely agree with you that the community needs to be given
some
feedback on the status of bug reports, and the opportunity to directly ask questions about bugs. But the problem I see is that some bugs are destructive to the game and need to be kept under wraps to prevent them from being exploited while a fix is being developed for them. I'm not sure if this has been done before, but maybe some J-Mods directly involved with bugs can host a live stream where players can ask their questions and possibly communicate minor, harmless bugs to the team directly.

You can report bugs in-game directly to Jagex by clicking the 'Report an issue' button on your chat box. It will ask you to detail the issue and how it can be re-created. That will be the best way of getting it to their attention.

Aww sorry to hear that you've been having intermittent latency issues in the Fight Caves... It could be just world hiccups, or perhaps other people in your household are sharing your connection and are making you lag? If so, you could ask them to give you an hour or two to finish the waves.
