Jagex, if your customer support is what you hype it to be.. I would have expected at least one Jmod to help out My Kingz. Rank 10 in the entire game, and all he gets is automated messages? Wish I could agree with that rating you guys made up for yourselves.


Jagex claims to have a 99.9% response time in 48hours? Maybe a 99.9% response time of automated messages! We pay We say!

@ arrogant j mods not admitting your botwatch is completely broken, you are all in serious denial and need to be mentally evaluated, as I was IRL- after having no replies for the 2 weeks my account was -'d on directly after Bwatch was introduced on 07.
I quit for 5months and to this day continue to pay with Bonds over real money. (make a front page apology and i'll consider throwing you a penny)
NONE of my emails were read
NONE of my appeals were read
A FEW of my twitter posts were read, and looked "in to"
QUASHED months later
7+ years veteran, according to your stats I should have moved on by now.
P.S. I want a refund for the 2 weeks + latter month I was either banned or for the most part quit playing entirely.
Your a company, we pay you, you owe us some sort of an apology primarilly and explanation soon to follow ASAP

P.S.#2 @ mod kelvin your Q&A post claiming the fact you guys DO NOT ban innocent players is wrong. Let me fix it for you, "Jagex does not PERM BAN innocent players" (hopefully)
Your flawed anti macro detection sadly does temp ban innocents all the time. And reading the comments on videos of youtubers who were unbanned you do have many perm banned players In need of their appeals being read...

btw if i were old enough, i would fly to runefest and raise hell about this. Please don't give me that oppertunity.

these 2 posts are rants, my issue has ALREADY been resolved in pages 6,7,8 of this thread. Botwatch MAY have flaws to this day, but at least i know the people at Jagex have a heart.

I don't think a front page apology is needed, we would just like access back the accounts we put literally years of our lives into.. We understand you try Jagex. We do. But for instance when I had to cancel my membership after you unfairly banned my main account (that I worked for about 8 years on almost a year of log time) you guys sent me an automated message saying how sorry you were i was cancelling and to feel free to email you at billingsupport@jagex. Wel* that doesnt work guys! Its this kind of outdated messages that make your survey hard to believe. Personally all I want is to be able to play my account Anoobass5 ( ig; Pepper) Please help me with that?

yeah man. i wasnt out to disrespect you. goodluck with your approach to the situation. When I can't get incontact with Jagex what so ever .. I hardly think the logical next step is to ask for a public apology. Albeit I did misread your post and thought you wanted a personal apology. I still think thats like asking for the stars man, thats all I was saying. I think think there is a much better chance, by being polite, that they actually look into your account and take you seriously. No need to be an ass mate, to me or jagex tbh.

idk where did u pick up that graph up from, but as a customer i can say i am not satisfied with the service i am getting, not sure if lagg, dc's from the rs server counts or even that now it's kind of a custom and something that is very well expected that almost with any update there will be bugs and glitches being released with it.

although if the above does not count as costumer support, even when i try to contact customer support for account details or things that you know, a customer support exists to handle every time the result is failure, the graph shows such great results yet i do not recall a succesfull attempt to contact customer support be it through email or message center,
