i kinda was about to fall off my chair when i started reading the thread thinking this will be promise to enhance and improve the quality of customer support but then to my shock i find it's just Q & A about and a graph about how efficient they are?
idk where did u pick up that graph up from, but as a customer i can say i am not satisfied with the service i am getting, not sure if lagg, dc's from the rs server counts or even that now it's kind of a custom and something that is very well expected that almost with any update there will be bugs and glitches being released with it.
although if the above does not count as costumer support, even when i try to contact customer support for account details or things that you know, a customer support exists to handle every time the result is failure, the graph shows such great results yet i do not recall a succesfull attempt to contact customer support be it through email or message center,
unless ofcourse ingame advertisment for soloman store and treasure hunter is to be considered as customer support then my bad i was mistaken and i rate it 10/10

asking for a better game is not bad or shameful, if you do not wana do it fine, but at the very least you do not have to be aggressive at those who ask jagex to step up there game and service specially when it's most needed
