I had my account hacked and botted on years ago. During this time there was no trading and yet, when I recovered my account all my items have disappeared and my stats halved across the board.

This is how customer service treats their customers, they can obviously look at the ip address and know it is not mine, but yet they go to drastic measures to punish customers even though it is out of their control. I had many 99's in a age that took forever to level (unlike now) and also discontinued rare items like white phat, I often ask myself why would a person who has played for years just start botting now, under a different ip address no less, then get severely punished?

So far my experience with jagex is cut throat. I am sure the customer service helps their player base with simple measures, as they are very good at that but they have no mercy. Reach out for help and you may find your account in even more jeopardy.

People like myself are rare because I actually kept playing. So I assure Jagex, when their is a customer service appreciation thread like this I will not stay silent.

i kinda was about to fall off my chair when i started reading the thread thinking this will be promise to enhance and improve the quality of customer support but then to my shock i find it's just Q & A about and a graph about how efficient they are?

idk where did u pick up that graph up from, but as a customer i can say i am not satisfied with the service i am getting, not sure if lagg, dc's from the rs server counts or even that now it's kind of a custom and something that is very well expected that almost with any update there will be bugs and glitches being released with it.

although if the above does not count as costumer support, even when i try to contact customer support for account details or things that you know, a customer support exists to handle every time the result is failure, the graph shows such great results yet i do not recall a succesfull attempt to contact customer support be it through email or message center,

unless ofcourse ingame advertisment for soloman store and treasure hunter is to be considered as customer support then my bad i was mistaken and i rate it 10/10

asking for a better game is not bad or shameful, if you do not wana do it fine, but at the very least you do not have to be aggressive at those who ask jagex to step up there game and service specially when it's most needed

Maybe you do not need to know but please do not speak for the rest of us. I like their report and it's good to know how they are doing. If you don't like it, no one is forcing you to look at it.

Thanks for the data! Always interesting to see Back-Office stuff and considering the scope of CS team - from different types of queries & quantity your team has to deal with - you have been doing an amazing job there. Seen figures in various businesses and the only thing which comes to my mind for now - just pure congratulations and well done! :)

Let me wish you a productive and efficient next year and best of luck with meeting your next year goals! Do not set them too high, hehe. Even maintaining the 7,7 Overall Customer Satisfaction rating may be seen as a challenging task :)

Hope to see similar report next year, possibly expanded with comparison of previous year (and, probably too much to ask for - goals set&met).

I'm sorry, but I'm calling BS to those stats.

Runescape support system is terrible.

I had an old clanmate who was banned by the new bot detection software, and didn't gain back his account till 6 months later after having to plead his case to Mods on other social platforms.

and what "customer service" are these stats even derived from?
