Is getting 120 dungeoneering is that hard ? Does it stay at the same exp rate than 90 to 99 ?

With 21 new levels in the skill you will have way more stuff to do and it will have an increase in the exp rate so you will not need to make the same things you were making to get to 99. Also this will unlock more content for some skills that are hard to revamp with the current skill cap.
Just look at smithing theres so much to fit in the 99 levels that they can't really revamp the skill, adding the 21 new skills levels this will be easier to revamp.
Players are already going for 200m exp, and going for 200m is almost saying that they go for the level 126 since this is the maximum level you could reach with the exp cap.
Also who say they wouldn't revamp the exp rate with the very slow skills if they add 21 new levels. You also have bonus exp that reduce the exp needed to level by doubling the exp rate for some time.
Some players just stopped at 99 because it gave them nothing to go further, adding 21 new levels will make the same players wanting to train more into that skill.
