Many maxed characters, including Kingduffy, have expressed that they like this idea.

Let me stop you there. Are you claiming to have been playing runescape for 14 years? Sorry to call your bluff, but runescape has yet to reach its 13th anniversary.

Secondly, you're generaliZing. Not all players with huge amounts of exp account share, as you claim.

I also forgot to mention - I didn't say all of those with high amounts of exp. I said those with rapid gains in short amounts of time. And I also said 'no-life'

uwotm8. I don't think you've read anything Ive said tbh. Not mentioned anything about 'fun' or 'gains in 2months'

If I didn't enjoy playing I'd go elsewhere. I play for friends mostly. But I know that this update simply isn't a good idea, not in its current form or anything near it.

what amazes me is the amount of players who are pro prestige dont even have 99's so they wouldn't be able to prestige anyway and lets face it ,,if you cant get a 99 in 2013 you wont want to get another 26mill to prestige anyway....so i believe votes from people without 99 in at least 1 skill should be disregarded
only about 13k players have voted, i think its too soon to say who is the minority.
other then that, while i'm sure most of the "no" voters had good reasons, there are quite alot that voted no just because they won't use it. so both sides have ppl voting for it that maybe shouldn't be counted :/

should just make the possible xp in any skill
limitless
. that way people will still be able to
compete
for the highest score, and people that already have met that goal, won't be effected negatively.

I play the game for fun and enjoy doing so even if any of my 99 skills have more than 13,034,431 XP in them and the rest only being at level 70+.

I already said that I voted yes to having prestige in an earlier post and it will be competitive in its own way.

Someone has already pointed out in a post that Mod Mark himself stated in a video that Dungeoneering would be the only skill to be at Level 120 and that they won't raise the other ones from 99 to 120 at all.

If Jagex did do that no one would know what the MAX natural Accuracy and Armor would be till they can boost their Attack and Defence skills to 120 and MAX natural health would be 4,800 at 120 Constitution.

If you wish for them to just remove the XP cap by all means try your hardest and go for it, but I think they should make it a requirement that if you want to wear the completionist cape then you gotta have hit at least 400M or 500M XP in every single skill.

Am I crazy for saying that? You better believe it that I am.
