As good as this looks, I think you are giving in way too easily. The evolution of combat is focused primarily on the ability bar and adrenaline. Now you are just giving players the option to toggle it on and off. Momentum does this. Why integrate something to completely override this. And with the "adrenaline stalling", this is not in the spirit of the adrenaline system. Using certain abilities to maintain an adrenaline build is unfair and gives a definite unfair advantage when it comes to competing for kills. Stop this, not enforce it. The point of threshold and ultimate abilities is clearly to work your way up to them. Not start on them.
Looks like a good update but seriously think about your updates before you release them in the first place.
