I love the idea of armour having offensive properties, always thought it was weird that our opponent doesn't take damage for attacking us when we have extra spikes on our armour. [dragon platebody kit(sp), dragon platelegs/skirt(sp) for example]

Also, when attacking a lvl 6 mugger when i'm ***** (no armour, no weps) it takes 4ever to kill him. I'm a cb 181, this shouldn't happen. For the duration of the 15 minute non-exciting fight, i'm thinking: My agility is 99, why can't I grab him in a full nelson, get him to the ground, jump around to an arm bar, and finish him off with a heel kick to the throat? a cb 6 vs a cb 181 with 99 agility should be no contest in hand to hand combat.

agrees cb 6 vs cb 186 result should be a lose for cb 6 when cb 186 sneezes.

Tking the lvls out of the equation was daft to say the least makes the time leveling your combats almost pointless and yet another decision from the development team that is just making players leave through lack of confidence in the direction of the game.

These fixes though welcome should of been done before eoc got out of beta will mean another price flux in game on items and yet another few weeks for all of us to start working out what is what with the game mechanic - again.

sounds like 2007scape was released in desperation while jagex sort out the mess they have made with eoc.

still at this rate eoc might actually function properly by xmas

Jane, is there any way to add a suggestion to balance out magic items? the dungeoneering arcane necklaces are beaten by the amulet of magic, when It takes days to save up the 6500-15,500 tokens to buy them, when the arcane blast necklace has only a .3% crit bonus over the amulet of magic, and the arcane necklaces take initiative to obtain, they either need to be strengthened considerably, or the amulet of magic needs to be less powerful. thanks for listening.


P.S. the resources skilling provides and dirt cheap, and you often lose gp when making them, could this perhaps be balanced out? :)
