Mod MMG, can I just say to you, please step outside into the real world and talk and listen to your players. You seem to live in a bubble and you have gone too far with unnessasary updates, its not too late to backtrack and put things right ( RS 2006 comes to mind ). One more thing you could act quicker to stop gold farmers, bots and their companies, but that would not be in your intrest as you would lose 50% of your revenue from the botters memberships. Runescape was once a Great game make it so again .

I do have to say that botting is still really a big issue, I have had this account for eight years and have been a member for about four years. Each and everytime I go to play I run into a bunch of skiller bots. Especially in the runespan, this as is a huge frustration to all of us who actually do play the game as I know you do realize. I have always discouraged the act of botting and can not stress to players i run into in game how much of a waste it is not to mention a disadvantage. I met this player who was new to members a while back. and i ***ured I would help him get adjusted to being a member and showing him skills and things non members could not do. This player was of a very high combat level and did not know any of the basics of runescape. I asked him "have you ever botted?" he replied to me no. a few weeks later we met up agian and after becoming very chummy with me finally admitted that he had botted everytime on runescape and only ever played it himself twice. After hearing this i knew that there could be others like this player out there. This is still yet a big problem, and I know you and the team are doing your very best to rid the game of these programs. I just want to make this aware to you coming from a player.

I'm kinda sick how you guys (jagex) say you are "Community friendly" when you are not. Most of the players hate you, the biggest example is the evolution of combat update. More than half of the community of runescape didn't want this update and everytime someone posted a SMART comment via youtube about how evolution of combat is going to ruin the game, you guys always replied in a self-fish and stupid manner.

You guys knew that more than half of the community didn't want this update and you did it anyways, that is not good business nor listening to the community in my point of view and many others.

I hope you guys read this comment, no I'm not trashing Evolution of Combat I'm just trying to open your eyes on how you guys don't listen to the community at all!

Why people are complaining about EOC updates.. and the most people who are complaining about this are ( maxed ) people.. because things like bossing is easy now. Give the noobs a change to do boss things like this.

I think EOC is one of the best updates there is been in years. And there where always botters in runescape.

Why do people complain if they don't like to play Runescape anymore. No reason to do that.

Only thing i hate on botters is there are ruining the economy.. But why are people complaing about botters in ( Runespan , or other mini games or w/e ) , if you like to play a game... Then play it and dont bot it...

I hated botters for years and was gonna quit because of botters.. but why should I ?
I'm playing a game because i wanna play.. and not to bot , else you don't need to play a game in my opinion.

first of all the eoc is bad. not just max players complaining nearly everyone gets
bored by the game now. a combat rework is aight, but the way you do it matters
and jagex did it the worst way they possibly could.

and then the bot problem.
i can tell you with no doubt that the eoc is encouraging botters cuz
they have a main and since pk is dead they wanna get the money elsewhere.
so they create like 50 accounts and send them to farm. thats how it works.
if you pay attention to they names you even gonna see that some of the names are pretty similar=same guy sending them.
the best fact is that many of them bots send out members accounts to farm on members world and thats what keeps jagex alive these days.

to all the eoc lovers out there: enjoy playing the game in the state it is now if you like it. have fun and i wish you a pleasent gaming or maxing. the only thing you missing is the heart for the real Runescape as
we all know it from raiding goblins and hillgiants and what not =)

we lost the game we loved. sad but true.

i tried to make an impact on this forum page and if youve read everything you certainly gonna remember some posts i wrote =) fact is i havent got 1 mod reply just like 95% of you guys because these douchebags ignoring us.

im giving up on this one.

shout out to all the real "runescape 2" players i got to enjoy this game with.

While I'm sure you are using some money for Runescape, it seems the majority of your expenditure is focused on your new game "Ace of Spades". Are you really dedicated to Runescape, or are you just milking it for all its worth before moving on?

so true dude, i would be so embarrassed if i were any of the decision makers of jagex, they ruined their prized possession and are so thick headed that even after 312 pages of comment after comment literally throwing problems in their faces they still dont see anything wrong. it is so pathetic. ive never wanted to quit rs before but this game has gotten bad lately. botting up the wazoo, hyper inflation of the economy, and just lame content. its heart breaking to say ive spent 8 years of my life playing a game i loved and having it come to this. they better read these comments and notice they messed up or else their players will be dominated by bots rather than true players. i wish theyd fix what they ruined. but more than likely theyll only make it worse and continue to lose their last few thousand real players.
