I am in full support with you in keeping the game CLEAN and keeping the game FAIR but i also hope that when you say CONFIRMED that you have the evidence to back up your decision to ban. When you have high level members who have been playing for a number of years their levels will be high that is the object of the game or whats the point of playing. As for cheating i will not condone this for any reason whatsoever it is one thing if they cheat theirselves but it is another thing when they cheat other members who have put in alot of time and effort. I understand that there is an appeal system how many of the banned accounts will appeal and get their accounts back.

Typical everyone complains when a Jmod doesn't reply then when you do you call their reply's cover ups and no going anywhere Mod Phoenix said that bot banning wasn't her department yet you expect her to have all the answers if you are going to be ignorant and stupid don't expect answers.

I have not doubt that Jagex have banned many bots and cheaters, but unfortunately, for every one they ban, another three take their place.
I love this game, but when i see the hoards of bots at all the dragon locations and grotworm caves, I despair.
Can we not get a think tank together and come up with a better way of permanently getting these gold diggers and profiteers out of the game. They are are a cancer that is slowly killing the host, and if it keeps growing at its current rate, there will be very few real players left in the game, and it will die.
I have already tried to entice a few friends to join RS, but they laughed at the prospect. They were full aware of the bot cancer and had no wish to throw their money away on a terminal patient.

Novel idea....maybe Jagex won't ban all botters because they need to pay for membership too, and, since Jagex has turned its focus on money, they don't want to ban them in order to keep getting the money they get from botters?

Like everyone else, this very much pleases me to see bots getting banned.. The annoyance of finding bots at every profitable area is something that puts me off the game..

I dont understand how jagex detects if someone is using a bot though? If they can do it in such big numbers in one day, why are there always bots about?

I hope all these sanctions against botters are working. I swear, I can't go anywhere around runescape on any world without finding a botter. It's sickening. As a player who has been around since the old days when *no one botted, these people make me sick. We work our asses off and put a lot of time into this game just to have our stats beaten out by cheaters. I appreciate the effort Jagex, Keep up the good work.
