My friend MASTER BLUE has been permanently banned from runescape!
He is a maxed player that has been playing long hours since 2003, he has never botted and has been wrongfully banned.
for 4 months he has been trying to get some answer or rectification to this but no luck so far, Can anybody look into this for us, he introduced me to runescape years ago and it is a tragedy that he has been treated like this.
I am happy to see bots going from the game, but if you are throwing out some of your honest members too and not listening to their appeals then shame on you Jagex.

i am posting this message today as i have become aware they are a lot of bots at ge . i have spotted in last few weeks. yesterday i came across one under heroes guild . shame they use that spot , but i am aware not many people go there so easy spot to set one up. this is 10/1/2014 . last time i posted about seeing bots was back in 2012. if not taken care of this problem will grow as the months go by. any one else tele out of praetorium excavation spot and not able to get back in? need help as i click on the war table and it only says examine. would my getting xil 'gar soul stop me getting back in

possible to get banned without bot too

it's happen to my friend in real life
he got banned without botting

1.he don't talk in game
2.he only skilling all day and watch anime everyday even get comp cape
3. he did something over 1-2 years long
