for some odd reason i was banned??

can someone help me in what to do?

i was playing the runespan game on my main acc, when it randomly logged out, i thought it was another one of my laggy issues, (my pc is really slow) and when i logged back in my account had been disabled, i have submited an appeal, but i have recieved no response?

there must have been some sort of glitch or something???!! i still cannot access my account??

3 days ago there was a random mute on my account, which stated it would last for 2 days, and after like half an hour it had been lifted??? there was no appeal to that so i couldnt appeal that??

there has been a mistake made, but nowhere i try i am not being heard, tried searching wiki and support system, even e-mailed the support system, but there is no response??

please can someone help me?

My account got banned without warning.
February 19 - i got muted due to i used bad language whilst hanging around the Grand Exchange area.
February 23 - my account got banned due to "Macroing major" which i dont understand since i haven't used any "bots". For past 3 weeks i was playing runescape about 16-20 hours per day. So i dont understand why did i get banned? Is there a limit for playing runescape x-hours per day?
I too tried out the mini-game Runespan between 20-22 February, my runecrafting level was 53 when i was done with that my runecrafting level was 75.

I would like to know when bots are going to be gone from heroes guild .Everyday i go there i am faced withe the same 2 accounts. do not understand why nothing has been done.I can't be the only person finding them there. any one else tele out of praetorium excavation spot and not able to get back in? need help as i click on the war table and it only says examine. would my getting xil 'gar soul stop me getting back in
