OP: Do you Gold mods actually 'read' your forums or do you just have the front page of it open during a bts vid to make it look like you actually give 2 damns about it?

Posting so you know I've read it. Here in Customer Support we do search the forums regularly to see if people need help or advice.
I imagine that the content and community teams also read the forums but don't post on every thread they read, that said I'll mention your feedback

As Mod SteveW has said we do read through the forums loads, but they are huge and many JMods have areas of specialization they will focus on. Sadly we are never going to be able to answer every thread, even ones that have been supported by lots of votes, but we do read a lot of them.
My posting this week as an example - I work with The Guardians and so I have made loads of posts in Recent Game Updates this week as they have released Arc II. I also have made a number of posts in the PMod forums and Clans/CLF because I keep an eye on those too. I have read far more widely, as well as keeping an eye on reddit, twitter and facebook to feed back issues that players have encountered to the team.
