It's so frustating to get the same captchas!
Those grainy images can make even people with 20/20 vision to commit multiple mistakes in the row.
Google really made this use of grainy images deliberate to train their AI with real life item identification. It is horrible they force people wasting their time for their own benefits.
All services that use Google Captcha should migrate to a better alternative.

To me, it's not even that... it's the fact that it will ask you to click all the squares in an image that contain a car or bike... and there will be like two pixels of bike in a square and you're like... does that count?

Nope, if you have to select fixed images then do not select more than 3. The "obvious ones".
If you have to select images that are instantly refreshed the maximum you have to select are 4 images.

We all fell under Google's agenda of using unpaid-labor force in order to train its AI with optical identification.
This feels so illegal in my book, as Google never asked our permission, our collective effort for us to visually train its AI.
complete support, I cannot even use recaptcha when I am in china which is ridiculous
completely inexcusable for any modern product to require you to use something that is not internationally available, and all the responses I've gotten from the web team is "we aren't going to do anything about it" which is something that would get me fired at my job and likely anywhere else with higher standards for customer service
incredibly shady that while in china I cannot even access my billing settings. how is that legal?
also no captcha is required to sign into the game. so there is no additional security being added by putting this on the website. your account is just as at risk via the in-game client. and if you think that people are not dedicated enough to bruteforce logins via the client (or really, the connections it makes directly) then you should not be in any position to make security decisions in the first place
