Proposal: remove FMR.

No. Robots and AI aren't the same thing. You may think of Botwatch a "robot" but it is dumb. I doubt it does much more than scanning words entered by players into their blacklisted vocabulary. It lacks the human-like intelligence in determining the context of certain words in a sentence. It lacks the analytics tools to detect target attacks among other online harms.

Jagex will have their duty of care to moderate their games directly. Regulations will not allow the company to turn a blind eye on what's happening in the community. I am sure they are learning from companies like Facebook that are being brought in front of both the US Congress and the UK Parliament now.
They can't just close FMR and pretend nothing is there. However, I believe at this stage they have no obligation to reply to FMR although they may have to do the right things behind the scene.
