How about this for an idea: Simply rename FMR to 'Forum Moderator Complaint Garbage Bin'.

Then at least the title fits.

Reviewing after three months is pointless and only serves to give the illusion that any of this is fair. As if anyone remembers the context of anything on the RSOF after three months lol

I'm always one for defending Jagex, but frankly their customer service falls far short on this occasion. Month after month after month of delays. Not down to any specific staff member, but allowing their staff to not be allocated the correct time to review it is poor management.

Yet, shockingly. They've all kept up on other social media platforms, just RSOF they've neglected. We wait to see if next week is the week..
I wish I liked Quests as much as I love AFKing

Kinda makes you wonder if the "FMR staff" have left Jagex or something...

Staff still with Jagex.

Just the New Mobile platform has taken from seat.

And THAT, that right there, is exactly the problem - answering customer complaints/queries is always right down at the bottom of the 'things to do pile' for Community Management. For CM, there is always something so much more important than responding directly to the people who pay to play the game.

This is precisely why I suggested handing the customer support side of Community Management to the Customer Support team - because THEY are expected to respond within a maximum of 72 hours, and generally within 24 hours.

Trust me it will get done soon. I know we have been saying that for weeks. It will get done. ;)

Don't be ridiculous. How can we possibly trust this statement when
a) you yourself have exactly no influence over making it so, and
b) we have a Staff message from 28 DAYS AGO saying it will be tackled "soon" - and nothing's happened.

Its also worth pointing out that, if I were in charge of FMR (lol) I would be very well aware that the only downside to never ever reviewing it, would be a moderately negative thread in this forum.

And since there isnt even a consensus that reviewing FMR at all is a good idea, then why bother?

I would be interested in knowing what the current state of play with allowing the purple mods the right access is. But I dont expect an answer - Im not that naive.
Far more likely a purple mod will hide this post than answer.

^ Depressing as it is, the idea that 'FMR is still operating as designed despite not being reviewed' started on page 1 and has been a slow trickle of garbled hints at some kind of secret knowledge about 'how FMR is meant to operate' all the way through.
So - most? Yes. All? No.

And again - why bother reviewing it when there is literally no downside to not doing it?
Its not like the obvious contempt being shown us has any meaningful consequences.
Especially since some forumers are clearly so clueless than they conflate inaction with doing a good job.
