I am a freeloader getting membership with bonds Isolely with in game gp, and I don't see why is there a matter with subscription. Again, we (meaning both you and me and everybody else) can't speak for other players because we don't know their situations. If members who are bots or hackers or whoever who don't honor Jagex's EULA and how their games are intended to be played get banned, should they get reimbursed for the time they missed? Absolutely not.

First of all, thank you for the clarification. I thought it was a bug.

And secondly, for me loggin in multiple times or hopping worlds is not what happened.
I bought membership after I came back from my vacation. I tried to log in and got that error message. When I finally managed to log in my last log in was 40 DAYS ago. So atleast, in my case it didnt have anything tto do with tryin to log in frequently or hopping worlds.


And yes, the problem is still there. I was not able to log in this morning-> tried again in the afternoon, I was able to log in-> Tried to log in an hour ago or so, wasn’t able to. To me it seems to be totally random.

I spoke for myself, I encountered this glitch myself many times. I don't know how this glitch gets triggered, it was very random. I share the opinion of people who subscribe in this game as well, for me it was only an annoyance. For subscribers, they are losing membership time unable to login.

Personally speaking, my opinion opposes what Mod Lyon mentioned. In my opinion this is a bug, or else this thread will not even exist.

Did you try to log in RS3 or OSRS or the RSOF or other Jagex domain? Your account is linked to all these games/sites.

Nope. I logged in to runescape.com website to buy the membership and then tried to log into osrs. And during these few days Ive only logged in here(Forum) and osrs.

So you are saying you already expressed your opinion which is you think it is a bug although Jagex clearly said it is a security feature. I don't think you need to repeat it in every post as it is quite clear to me.

Do you share the opinion of people who subscribe in this game but are banned for botting, hacking, scamming and other activities Jagex do not intend them to do in their games? Again, subscription doesn't give any player special treatments over other players who honor the EULA.

I dont have alts and I live alone so no one else uses my Wi-Fi.(Atleast I hope no one else has access to it...)

This is what I have been trying to say all alone in your case. Only Jagex and you know under what situation you are blocked from login. Obviously, Jagex detected you (or somebody you seeming are not aware of) logged in too many times too often. Your issue seeming is not what OP talked about in this thread. It seems to be someone else has been logging in using your internet connections and/or computer(s).
