Is there a specific reason why you choose to do 4 sets, 6 reps each for most exercises? Do you increase the weight after every set?

I've been mostly doing 3x12  or  1x12 1x10 1x8 with increasing weights. Would I get a faster size increase if I copied your system?

If you're after size, basically what you're doing.
Just increase weights over decreasing sets.

Low reps + high weights = bigger muscles

high reps + low weights = more toned/lean muscles

all depends on body type imo.. i hardly react to low reps high weight but grow really well from high reps medium weight

in the end all our bodies our different and we react to different things.
u cannot say "this will work for you and u will turn out x-way"
its not that simple.

everything should be factored in including body height / weight / fat% / testosterone levels / the way you eat and whatnot. there is no perfect way that works for everyone.

in the end the best tip i guess is.... go to the gym train for years.
dont think after 1-3 month of working out "oh my im growing this routine is perfect for me" cause u adapt to that.. everyone grows easily in the beginning and usually it doesnt really matter what you do.

after 1-2 years it gets harder to put on mass and by that time you should know your body and what works for you personally.
