I would like some tips how to get nice arms. I don't work out and would like to have some muscles. Please help.

This is not a troll, i actually wanna look good this summer :3

Don't just focus on arms (biceps/triceps isolation exercises). Focus on all-round strength and performance. Make bench press a staple in your upper body routine alongside military/overhead press, utilise the deadlift for all-round growth and get your diet in track.

Look up some beginner's routines and work from there. Also work on your pull-up/chin-up strength. Work to failure on those.

EDIT: Arms? LEGS!
Again, nether.

Not always, though I do 3/4 sets of a set weight for an exercise. Typically I will work to failure on the 3rd and 4th set (or just 3rd), and jump up to a higher weight if I complete 3 full sets of 6/8 reps.

Working to failure is a personal thing I guess. Only thing I will work to failure on every set with are my chin-ups and pull-ups. Managed 16 chin-ups (deadhang - as in pause at bottom, fully extended arms) last week.
Again, nether.

Can share my routine here if anyone is legit interested.

Also, don't just train for summer then stop. I mean you can, but just get into it all year round man. Nothing like smashing a PB.
Again, nether.

Decline barbell bench. Just the oly bar. Press it up so your arms are fully extended, and crunch.

Any other type of pull up isn't real :P Jerking yourself up and down only part way doesn't really mean anything.

I would be interested in your workout routine, I ahven't been able to workout for the past few months cuz I got hurt and need surgery but I plan on getting back into it next month and I wanted to make a new workout plan.
