So you only do abs once a week, and don't really work all parts of them? Cuz you're only doing crunches which only trains one range of motion and one part of your abs, and it doesn't really train your obliques much?

The squats and deadlifts typically provide me with core strength I require - training my obliques isn't hugely desirable for me as my obliques are already pretty big so I've cooled off on them. Too much ab isolation work for me = meh.
Again, nether.

2 main meals, and snack throughout the day. Breakfast is another meal - typically 100g oats with 300g milk, add 150g dried fruit (sultanas, etc).

Two main meals are meat-based. Chicken and ground beef typically.

Cram in your cals in the morning. Have a massive breakfast. I used to have chicken wraps at 5.30am before cycling down the gym, then heading off to uni on my bike.

If you're struggling for calories, carbs all the way.
Again, nether.

Is there a specific reason why you choose to do 4 sets, 6 reps each for most exercises? Do you increase the weight after every set?

I've been mostly doing 3x12  or  1x12 1x10 1x8 with increasing weights. Would I get a faster size increase if I copied your system?
